Beaches on Lammermoor Apartments

Updated modern clean and Very large apartment. On a Service road, Beach across road. Comfy beds and pillows Great with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

Old Scenic Highway very busy but not too bad in evening. Security gate system had broken down but was fixed by next day. Light switch is needed on outside pole, if didnt have mobile phone or torch would be very hard to type in security code in dark. Lift definitely needs maintenance, heard it had been broken before for a long time. We are senior couple & had had enough of 3 flights stairs over the week.

very spacious, modern, clean and quiet apartment with a balcony overlooking the lovely pool. Nice games room next to the pool perfect for kids/teenagers with a table tennis table. Walking distance to Lamermoor beach across the road. 10 minute drive to the marina and to Yeppoon.

a little hard to find the carpark for the first time but after following the directions on the check-in paperwork it was very convenient to park downstairs and get the lift to our floor and apartment. Didn't see the staff in the office as we were out and about but their correspondence via email and text was good and our apartment was ready before normal check-in time.

This is the first time I've booked a place and found it was bigger than I expected! Absolutely huge and really nice, everything provided that you could possibly need, and the amenities were just fantastic - the pool and bbq were great, with excellent tools and wipes provided to clean up afterwards. Check-in was super easy and the whole experience was super positive - I didn't actually see the staff but they communicated really well via email and text. I would highly recommend this place, we had a great time here and would love to come back. :)

Some other guests were making quite a bit of noise into the night on their balcony, but there's a really clear no-party policy and when I called reception they were really good about it and sent someone to ask them to quiet down. So it does really feel like they take care of guests in that regard and take noise complaints seriously.

The location was really good. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Our unit was very spacious and well equipped. The shower was good with plenty of out water, only problem was there is no shower door on the one in the ensuite so couldn’t have tap on to fast as it flooded the bathroom floor. Excellent property very clean and quiet would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

Only issue was shower in ensuite not having a door on shower, you can’t turn the tap on fast as the bathroom would flood and there is no drain in the floor.

The apartment is huge! It was perfect for travelling with extended family as we all had our own space. My sister loves to cook,so the large and well equipped kitchen was perfect for her. Great to have the little coffee van right across the road, fabulous coffee and light eats. The ensuite bathroom was so roomy, enjoyed the open plan design and flow to the bedroom, and I loved the spa bath! Lovely to sit out on the deck and see the ocean. Walking distance to a quiet beach. Great pathway along main road to enjoy walks.

The apartment block is set back from a busy main through road, so a lot of traffic past there all day. But this is just a personal preference -to be in a quieter spot , no reflection on the apartment.

The booking process was easy. The staff were happy to accommodate my request for a specific type of unit. The unit itself was very clean and spacious. Being an apartment, I wasn’t expecting to see the extras, but was pleasantly surprised to find tea, coffee, sugar and milk in the kitchen, and bathroom essentials in the bathroom. The unit was well stocked with all that you would need for a holiday (pots, pans, crockery etc.) and a dishwasher. The view from out ocean unit was spectacular. The beach is only a short stroll across the road.

The only hiccup was when we went to checkin electronically, the website was down for maintenance, but our keys were still available for us, and we were able to complete the check in the next morning.

Room was a good size and had almost everything we needed

Bathroom door was damaged and hard to maneuver making it hard for the kids to shower and there were no pool towels in the room they said they could be picked up from the office but this was not open anytime we went past and while there was a number of the office due to being there for sport we had short timeframes around when we could do things

Clean, modern, large and air conditioned worked very well. Location was great, ocean view apartment, bathrooms were clean, large and well equipped. The apartment had all the comforts of home.

Unfortunately for me, the beds were a little too soft, it should be noted that I prefer quite a firm mattress, it was a merry minor dislike and more of a personal preference than anything else.

These apartments are always super clean and good value for money. From the amenities, the size and the well maintained facilities, everything included makes you feel at home. We don't often stay in the same place twice as we like to explore different places and areas but we always come back here.

Besides a strange smell that permeated the apartment, I've got no complaints.

It was a little tricky to find but got there in the end. There is no staff there at the reception to assist you with keys and finding your room etc and the lift was broken so had to climb 3 flights of stairs with two small children and heavy bags! I was pre- warned though about the lift beforehand and this was a situation that couldn’t be helped. We really did love our stay here and so we booked to go again on the way down from our road trip!
