COMFORT INN MANHATTAN - ADELAIDE

Was very happy with rooms...shame it didn't have a restaurant on site.

Didnt like the fact when we got back from dinner the carpark outside our room was taken and carpark outside our second room had a small trailer jutting out so we werent able to park in it we had to park else where.

Ask for a ground floor , got it. Only to find that we had to climb over high wall and step down into a decommissioned spa bath to shower. Very Hard to get into and dangerous to get out off.

Location for North of Adelaide is good. Reception shaff were great and resolved issues immediately, though I suspect this was the norm.

Apartments above reception should be avoided as they are too noisy from traffic. Hot water takes forever to reach the shower, I am talking minutes. Attention to detail by cleaning staff is lacking. Did not make bed, did not clean bathroom, did not refreah tea and coffee and left only one towel.

The cabin was in an excellent position within the complex. Very quiet and away from traffic noise. It was spacious and provided all that was needed. The bathroom looked new and was clean. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

The floor under the table and chairs had a build up of dust etc. There were also some crumbs on the lounge. Also when it was windy there was a banging noise coming the the back of the building.

Almost everything was fantastic. The gentleman at the desk was nice and friendly. The room was spacious with a great deal of storage space if you are staying for longer periods. The bed was comfy with plenty of room to sprawl out. My room had a carpark right in front of the door so I didn't have to find it in a larger carpark. Even the couch in the room was comfortable! The aircon heat up the room perfectly. Overall - a good room. I would happily book here again.

I didn't like the bathroom. They need a bit of a renovation. The space was filled with a decommissioned spa bath that you had to climb in and out of to use the shower. The bath mat supplied to stop you from slipping in the shower looks about 30 years old. And because so much of the space is filled with the useless spa bath, the space for the toilet was crazy small. If you have any extra squish on you - it is not going to be a great experience. The blinds on the front of the room were okay but I was concerned of people walking past - as they has a clean view of the bed.

I just wanted a bed,shower and coffee facilities,the 24hr check in was perfect as my flight was stuffed around..simple,affordable,clean,excellent service and reasonable price..will recommend to others.

it is right on a main road so just be aware you aren’t staying close to a lot of shops and restaurants but there is a great pub across the road

I loved everything. It was very quiet and peaceful. The manager, Kelly, went above and beyond and so did the rest of the staff, which is a clear sign of awesome management. I have stayed in numerous hotels - from ghetto to luxury - and this hotel is where I would stay again should I ever return.

The price was good. The location was easy to find. The rooms were clean and everything was provided including a hairdryer, ironing board, extra blankets and tissues.

The kitchen facility was poor - on microwave and one toaster for all the guests, and it was located in the laundry facility. No sink to wash dishes in, no plates or cutlery provided.

could have had a little more room in the main room and the bathroom door kept swinging open when you shut it - so you had to push it really hard or give it a bang shut. Bathroom shower leaked water from under the shower door and the taps were back the front - but we filled in a maintenance form and handed that into reception so that they are aware of the problem
