Beaumaris Bay Motel

The staff were very friendly and obliging. The motel is in a quiet residential area close to the water. Enjoy walking and riding along the foreshore. A short drive to restaurants and major shopping centres. The room was clean and comfortable. Public transport readily accessible nearby. We will certainly return again.

Parking on site is tight at times especially for larger vehicles. When removing the key that provides power in the room all the electricity goes out including the power points so it is not possible to charge electronic devices when you are out unless you have a second key.

Loved this motel! Needed a last minute stay and it was retro awesomeness!! So many reviews that the decor is dated, but that's what I loved about it. Don't change a thing! The gentleman at the desk was so friendly, and there was no booking fee and excessive paperwork, or a security deposit. It was a good price, clean, spacious, DVD player, tea and coffee, a microwave which is very handy, sitting area and a private balcony with a sliding door. Really good spot, close to shops and just over from the beach and walking tracks. I felt comfortable and at ease, I will definitely return. Thankyou!

The pillows were a little flat, sorry. That's a minor issue however and I'm fussy with my pillows so could be fine for the next person. Still super happy with everything!

The manager at check-in was helpful and welcoming. Location was good for the Patterson Lakes sporting event and closeness to the seaside. It was quiet and secure. The breakfast in the restaurant was lovely. Car parking was safe although space would be an issue with a large car.

The room was a bit dated but clean and comfortable otherwise with plenty of room although the bathroom was a bit squishy. Lucky I'm not a big person but that would have been an issue.

Quiet .. and in convenient location Staff friendly and very helpful Room and bathroom all very clean although decor a bit “tired” .. but Bedspreads new and more modern. TV excellent and there was a good sized Fridge and hanging space. Sofa, dining chair pads and mattresses all a bit worn out and not very firm … but for the price it is very good overall! We will stay again 👍

Beds not wonderful in our twin room and top mattresses kept slipping off by the morning.

Great location. Friendly service. Nice big rooms with own balcony. The restaurant and bar very laid back with excellent food. The breakfasts were amazing...looked forward to those everymorning ,well equipped room for coffee tea fridge and microwave. Dining table couch and coffee table. Lovely quiet location where you take a short walk to shops and beautiful views of the sea. Plenty of parking. Will return.

We booked the hotel to be close to friends who live locally and it was perfect for our stay. The location is fantastic just off the coast road with lovely cafes and breakfast spots nearby. Convenient parking, quiet and friendly staff. I would definitely rate it for a short stay.

The rooms are very dated so don’t come expecting modern decor. But they were still clean and cosy with hot water, so we didn’t need much more.

Convenient..good parking,staff so helpful,bus stop nearby beach and cliff walk nearby..small room with everything you need in a very nice part of Melbourne for a good price

We enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and customers in the bar/breakfast room. Breakfast was great and reasonably priced. Easy walking distance to beach. It was very quiet and we had a great sleep. Love having a balcony and being able to open up the door and let the breeze in.

The couch needed replacing.
