Glen Inn

Room was great. It was spacious and beds were good. Kitchen area was good and consisted of refrigerator and microwave along with a kettle and toaster and basic dishes and cutlery. Location was excellent, being right across from Brandon park shopping centre and next to KFC. Also being located near the intersection of two major roads as well as easy access to the Monash freeway.The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived around 9 pm and were met by a friendly receptionist who was waiting for us and checked us in promptly.

The parking was a little tight. But due to the location and being an established building, probably not much scope for expansion.

Ideally located for our purposes this room was a clean retro style motel accommodation straight from the 80s. The staff were very helpful and the facilities while dated were clean and comfortable.

There was the smell of smoke in the room when we first arrived though this dissipated quickly.

The cleanliness of the room was perfect. The bathroom was exceptional. The bed was really comfortable and the heating in the room was tops. On top of all that the crockery and cutlery were clean and everything worked.

Unfortunately the outside lights were left on all night, I guess for security reasons. But the curtains in my room didn’t block out all the light.

Great place, super tidy. Staff were great! Security for rooms was good too.

Some dodgy characters staying in other rooms. But to be expected in a motel. Didn't feel unsafe at all though.

I really love the location. It’s central to travel into city as well as the Glen Shopping Centre and Chadston Shopping centre as well.

There was nothing I did not like. The staff were always eager to help out with parking and explaining the facilities.

We didn't have breakfast. The room was tidy and had appliances available for use. We didn't need to use. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the stay. Thank you

Parking wasn't easy to find after returning from our function. Several cars were taking up two parks.

Very clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great too, the room was extremely good value price-wise. Opposite Brandon Park & Collage Green Hotel and right near entry & exit from M3 (Eastern Fwy) 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Accommodation was very large (three bedrooms) and well appointed with kitchen, lounge room, dining room, laundry, toilet, shower.

no breakfast provided, staff were great, no highway noise

not enough car parks for available units and could have been better delfined.

Overall stay was good. The property was clean and close to the business centre.

We were there for a short trip, hence couldn’t explore the property much.
