Ruby Sofie Hotel Vienna

It located near Landstrasse Station, where you probably pass by on the way travel in wien. In and near wien mitte(landstrasse station), you could use every facilities whatever you want with very easiliy. Station only needed 5m by feet. Also, in the middle way to landstrasse, there's a bakery, where i like mostly, is near. Mandel Croissant is my favorite, and it located near mean everything. One interesting thing from this room was room space and speaker. Room was wide enough for one person, and toilet was literally same size as room where you could sleep. So you can dance easily while shower. They also provide you Mashal Speaker, it is really good to make music. Their Radio turns music really good too.

View is roof view, means literally roof. So actually nothing to see from window. But what embarassing thing is that it shaped like corner, so when I open the window, some room's window is so near that when i let it opened, somehow i can hear their sound. Also they would hear my music too.

I loved the Staff that was always very nice, smiling and helpful. Always willing to help you and give genuine advise to you! I loved the breakfast and the cappuccino in the morning: you could have literally everything you wanted for breakfast! Croissants, fresh bread, yogurt, savory things including italian prosciutto and salami and french cheese. The hotel was amazing, like a dream: the design and the american industrial style of the room and of the hotel in general were very cool. The room was amazing, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was incredible! You could listen to your own music anytime. Incredible experience. I will definitely come back to one of the many Ruby hotels. Can't wait!

The room was clean but sometimes only the bed was done and the towels were changed but you could see that the floor was not vacuumed everyday (more attention on this would have made the experience really perfect).

Brilliant location. Big, bright and modern room. Very clean and and even gave us the option to turn down housekeeping to be more sustainable.

Only thing that wasn't ideal and something we're used to having in hotels, was the tea/coffee making facilities and iron/ironing board being in a shared area. It wasn't a huge imposition to go use the shared area and is also a good way to minimise the need for these in every room. The shared area was always well stocked, clean and tidy.

Quiet, clean, there was sun on my pillow in the morning, very nice smell of cosmetics in shower( I even bought a body lotion in their small shop near reception), good quality of equipment. Hotel is around 30 min by feet from St Stephans, but the route goes through nice touristic streets, and its not a problem at all))).

there was a missing connector from a music box to a phone, while in another room my friend had it and it was written I can listen to local ruby radio in a room.. well.. I couldnt)) I informed the reception, but they didnt brought another one. Maybe next time)) And around 20 euro per breakfast without hot dishes is bit costly, anyway food was good.

It's a really beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was very clean and big (even by American standards). The shower was interesting and my friend and I got a good laugh about it when we entered the room. But it was a great shower nonetheless. The hotel is located among beautiful buildings and only about a 10 minute walk to the Wien Mitte railway station. We had an early morning flight and we were able to walk with our luggage to the station and catch the CAT (City Airport Train) at the station without any stress. I would stay at this hotel again.

Maybe another curtain for the open side of the shower. Otherwise, it was a great room.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. Most of the main attractions are in the walking distance. Very cozy and very clean room (and the entire hotel). The staff was so nice and friendly. This hotel has some cool amenities like a yoga terrace with a very pleasant view and a free tea corner with a great choice of different kinds of tea. A breakfast was great. Everything was fresh and tasty and you can order coffee from a bar without additional charge. When I asked to open a yoga terrace early in the morning before the official open hour, they opened it immediately. It was a wonderful stay and I will definitely come back next time I'm in Vienna.

Very clean hotel. Very amazing people. I give my thanks to Deniz and Jul. Deniz and Jul turned this beautiful hotel to our home thanks to their smiling faces and i am amazed with how they made effort to make all of us feel comfortable. As a person who travelled more than 20 countries i could easily say this is the warmest place i have ever seen. Decor, cleanless, people. I could not be happier. Thank you guys !

Everything was unbelievably amazing.

The location was great, near metro, CAT airport train, and a tram line. Very quiet neighborhood with some good food/coffee places — not a lot but ok. The hotel has a cool, friendly vibe. Staff is terrific all around. Great value.

My room was in need of a bit of a refresh in places but was clean overall. At points I wished there was more activity in the neighborhood but was fine with the low key tone of neighborhood. Not a lot of complaints.

The staff were extremely helpful and did all they could to provide a pleasant stay. They provided me with a european phone charger as I didnt have one. The customer service was excellent, from all staff including Denis and Nara. The room I had, a loft room, was spacious and very comfortable.

The location is a bit further from the city centre than I would have liked. The corridors are black and dismal, although all other areas of the hotel are bright and colourful.

I loved the decor of this hotel, a little funky, a little retro, different and great. I loved the coffee/tea/ironing board/and self service fridge on each floor. Loved going to get my cup of tea before going to my room. Loved doing my ironing whilst having a drink

Cant say I didn't like anything, staff were great, rooms were really cool (we had 2 different ones as we extended), Bar was really cool and breakfast was great.
