Honey bees on the roof for their own honey. All breakfast items made, overnight oats, choice of shots of apple, ginger, carrot or a beetroot one. Homemade breads, cakes. Gluten free, vegan choices in cake and bread too. Excellent breakfast. Large room. Very clean and I like the bucket chair and lamp for reading. Kettle too. Large ensuite bath and shower over with eco friendly shower gel etc. Large bed as twins pushed together. Economy linens. Large wardrobe with plenty if hangers and a wall mirror plus mirrors in the bathroom including a magnifying one. Lovely hand written note welcoming me to the hotel on the bed as I walked in. Fridge. Snacks for purchase and water, wine, soft drinks.

This is a fantastic hotel to stay in Vienna. My room was beautiful, big, and had a big window with a lovely view. The included breakfast was very good, and served in a very cute, charming, and beautiful area. A U bahn train or metro station is at the front of the hotel, and Prater Amusement Park, with the famous Vienna Wheel is just 10 minutes walk. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I was totally satisfied and happy with my stay and will certainly stay again.

I had an absolutely wonderful three-day stay at this hotel! From start to finish, I loved everything about it. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. What impressed me the most was their conscious effort to be sustainable, which aligned perfectly with my values. The breakfast spread was not only generous but also delightful. It offered a wide variety of options that catered to all tastes. It's safe to say that I looked forward to breakfast each morning. The hotel's location was another highlight. Situated on a lively street filled with charming cafes and restaurants, it made exploring the local culinary scene a breeze. Moreover, the excellent transport links made it convenient for me to explore the city further. Overall, my stay here was a fantastic experience, and I can't recommend this hotel enough. It combined sustainability, great service, delicious breakfast, and a prime location - the perfect recipe for a memorable stay.

Great location, near the tube station. Very pleasant hotel, with a particular character. Friendly and helpful staff. Interesting breakfast, with many organic/bio products. The welcome card we found in the room upon arriving was a pleasant surprise. All in all, we liked the hotel very much!

The mattress was too soft for my back, and the pillows were huge, I had back pain after three nights' sleep. For some reason, in the room we stayed in, the air conditioning - the only source of heating in the room - stopped in the first night and it got cold. We talked to the reception in the morning, and somehow the problem was solved, but the control panel for the air con still did not allow us to set the temperature to our needs. The breakfast room got very crowded in the last morning, we waited for about 20 mins to get a table.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Henriette StadtHotel in Vienna, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The friendly staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast they offered was not only delicious but also featured a variety of options to cater to different tastes. What truly stood out, though, was the breathtaking view from the hotel. It provided a stunning backdrop to my stay in Vienna, making it even more memorable. Additionally, I was impressed by the hotel's attention to detail in their decor and services. It's evident that they take great care to create a welcoming and aesthetically pleasing environment for their guests. Overall, my stay at Henriette StadtHotel was truly delightful, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna.

Rooms were clean and comforting. WIFI was excellent. Breakfast area is cozy. Location is very good - a short walk from the Prater park and the Prater station. The small lobby with the old-fashioned typewriter kept my daughters occupied for a while.

Breakfast, while nicely organized and in a cozy room, didn't have a lot of choices, especially for my wife who is diabetic. Arrival to the place was difficult since we arrived by car after a long drive and arrived to see the entire street is closed for construction. We didn't know that as guests of the hotel we could enter the street (despite the no entrance sign). The hotel should inform guests on this beforehand.

Amazing organic breakfast; a real upgrade to even the best hotel breakfasts I’ve eaten in Europe. Central location with the subway at the front door was amazingly convenient. We could get to everything quickly including quick swimming trips on the Donauinsel. The natural bedding, completely without plastics was so comfortable. The large, chemical-free cleaned room was immaculate, I have sensitivities to perfumes, cleaning scents etc and it was a pleasure to smell only clean. I have been suffering from indoor and outdoor allergies and the room was so thoughtfully cleaned, the interior air quality seemed completely allergen free to me. I haven’t breathed so easily in weeks. I appreciate being a guest at a family-run, individual private hotel.

This was our first visit to Vienna and Henriette Stadhotel, What a superb stay and fantastic experience. Everything was just perfect - excellent staff, great room, fantastic breakfast and, in short, everything was just excellent. Special note - our little dog was with us and he had special treatment as well - big pillow, food and water bowls. In addition and, to our big and pleasant surprise, we were provided with special note to hang outside the room door notifying hotel staff that dog is inside (photo is attached). We certainly recommend this hotel to everyone who needs peaceful and perfect stay in Vienna.

Hotel entrance is located between the shops and easily can be missed.

The breakfast, buffet style was delicious. Cold meats and cheeses, breads, juices, coffees and yogurts were the perfect start to the day. Location was excellent, 1 minute from the U Bahn and a 15-minute walk from Stephansplatz. Very spacious rooms - I was there for a conference, so having the space to sit and work in between sessions was really great. A well-stocked mini bar in the room (there is no conventional bar to congregate) was reasonably priced and allowed an alternative to going out.

Some free water in the room would have been a nice touch rather than having to pay for it, but other than that everything was lovely! Nothing not to like really!

We enjoyed our stay at the Henriette Stadthotel. We appreciate their concern for the environment and the work they do to modernize hotel cleaning with steam, for example. The location was close to public transit and within walking distance to Prater amusement park. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The room was very comfortable and we believe each room is decorated a bit differently to reflect different areas of Vienna.

We would have liked some additional warm choices at breakfast (bacon, eggs), as well as croissants. They freshly bake different items every day which receives great reviews, but we would have appreciated some more of the basics.
