The room is spacious - the kitchenette is great. The bed is comfy. A/C works well. There's everything you might need in the room (a sofa, desk, chairs, table...) and in the kitchen (silverware, plates, glasses...) Room service is good. The shower is huge. Free parking + free hourly shuttle to the airport (ask for it!) 2 washing machines + 2 dryers. You can buy laundry powder, medicine, drinks & food at the reception.

I didn't like the breakfast - there are not enough choices for the price ($10/p).

The indoor pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was spacious, and the shower was good. We really appreciate the airport bus stop right out front of the hotel for our early departure. Staff were very friendly.

The love seat was very uncomfortable and not really usable, though it looked nice. The blackout roll up blind in our room was broken and there wasn’t a curtain to cover instead. The little convenience shop near the front desk is a nice idea, but patience might be required if front desk is busier than normal. It's a remote location with new developments that may improve over time with handier dining/shopping options.

Very close to the airport, to restaurants and parking was free.

Breakfast was the same for the entire duration I stayed in comparison to equal hotel I had stayed with free breakfast that offered different varieties in other days. I think it was pricey for the choices available. The water melon was over ripe. We were a big group when we booked at this hotel for our school reunion. The hotel offered free shuttle however, shuttle starts late at 9 am and my classmates leaving early ended up taking uber going to the airport. The hotel should be ready for early check outs.

Comfy bed, comfy pillows

Lack of hot water for morning shower. Air conditioning couldn't be adjusted so it was either really cold or off. I sent 3 messages prior to our stay to find out where complimentary shuttle would pick us up at the airport and advised in each email that we didn't have a phone number but could be contacted by email. No response so ended up catching a taxi that cost us $25. Reception staff shrugged off our enquiry as to why they didn't reply, and just said we didn't have a phone number.

We had a great 4 night stay. Staff were very friendly, room was spacious with kitchenette inc dishwasher (not that we used it). Nice view over parkland and a window that opened a bit. Bed was very comfortable. Laundry was handy. Breakfast was ok but not included in rate. Dinner meals were quite good for something easy. Hotel is fairly new. Cab fare to Stampede was about $50 each way as hotel isn't in downtown area, but nicer imo. Would stay here again. Ample free parking. Close to the airport.

No area or street map, nor pamphlets on local activities available. This would have been helpful. We find paper easier to deal with :), especially coming from overseas.

we like that it has convenient and quiet location (close to shops and restaurant, airports and major highways). pet friendly room has direct access to the outside which is a plus. We also like the kitchen set-up which is good for family.

It didn't say in the hotel description that there is an additional cleaning fee of $20 per day for the pet-friendly room. We were quite confused during the check-in due to the extra fees. The pet friendly room is already more expensive than the regular room; so we thought the cleaning fee was already included in the package. But the staff patiently explained to us and it all made sense in the end.

Though there was some confusion over our reservation, which we had stipulated would require a pet-friendly room, the front desk staff resolved the situation in a friendly way, which we really appreciated at the end of a long day. The room has access directly to the parking area, which has security fencing. There is a trail to a large parkland which lies to the west of the airport, perfect for dog-walking off leash. We didn't try the $12 breakfast, but it looked like a good buffet.

We seem to have been charged twice for the room reservation, so are watching to make sure one of these is refunded.

My visit to this Hotel during my free week in Canada was undeniably the highlight of my trip. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the brand-new and immaculate surroundings. Their friendliness added a personal touch to the stay, making me feel right at home. Any questions or requests I had were promptly attended to, further enhancing the overall experience. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel's fantastic restaurant. The restaurant served delectable food at affordable prices, and the pleasant patio with a scenic view made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The room itself was a masterpiece in design. The attention to detail was evident, and the aesthetics were simply beautiful. The comfortable bed ensured a restful and relaxing sleep, setting the stage for a rejuvenating stay. After such a wonderful experience, I can confidently say that I will absolutely book with this hotel again in the future. If you are looking for an unforgettable stay with top-notch amenities, friendly staff, and excellent dining options, this Hotel should be at the top of your list. It truly exceeded all my expectations and made my Canada trip truly remarkable.

Very clean, love the layout of the rooms. Have stayed there five times, easy access in and out of Calgary.
