Heritage Inn Hotel & Convention Centre - Pincher Creek

I enjoyed the service provided by the front desk staff and restaurant staff on-site during my stay, sadly I did not note down their names. Very helpful, friendly and customer service oriented.

The hot tub was not very hot, mind you, I do not know if there was a reason for that. The indicator sign to turn on the jets for the hot tub could be more clearly indicated, on one of the evenings I encountered a elderly couple in the hot tub who didn't know where to turn on the bubbles and were grateful I was able to show them. So perhaps some more clear indicated signage would be great.

The room's were spacious, clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed, a coffee maker, a little fridge and a microwave. So much space! The beds were comfortable and clean. The pool was a surprise! It had music and a disco ball, so much fun! The complementary breakfast was really yummy.

The fact that we have to go to front desk for keys to the pool, towels and to access the gym. The pool towels were super tiny. The pillows were uncomfortable and there's only one person at the front desk, so if there's any other person already being attended, had to wait until done to get the key and towels for the pool (for example).

The room is okay, one lighting bulb was off, maybe the cleaning staff could have changed it before giving us the room. The breakfast system is hilarious. You have to give a breakfast voucher to the unkind lady in the breakfast room which is 10 meters from the check in desk. But you cannot get the voucher upon check-in, you have to ask it in the morning at the desk and bring it with you to the breakfast room. WHY?!

Pet friendly nice room on main floor close to feomt doors. Onsite restaurant has good sandwiches & we were able to bring back food to room on tray. Pool is nice and hottub hot. Pool area has a system to play music which is fine if you are only ine there. We unfortunately arrived to extreme loud poinding music being controlled by a couple ... not our fav music & volume made it hard to relax or enjoy our time in that space. A few guests came in after us and also complained ... but you know sometimes it doesnt feel right to approach some people that clearly are behaving in a way that is driving others out!

We told housekeeping not to bother doing our room on Saturday as we are great believers in reusing our towels and saving extra work for housekeeping but it backfired on us as there was no service on Sundays so we needed our garbage emptied and we ran out of TP

The staff were fantastic. Especially the lady (can't remember her name). New employee. She was a great help.

I didn't like the fact that booking.com didn't send my reservation to heritage inn. Booking.com needs to pay more attention to details. It caused a lot of unwanted stress for the staff and .myself.

Breakfast was fantastic, more than what we expected! The pool was so fun with Alexa playing songs on request and a disco ball. Pool was warm and clean. Hot tub was perfect. They were a bit short staffed but the staff was very helpful doing the best they can. We have no complaints at all! We will be back.

Convenient location as a home base for visiting Waterton & Crowsnest Pass, not a whole lot to do in Pincher Creek but all we really needed was a place to sleep. Having made to order breakfast was a nice change from the regular continental that we’ve been having everywhere else we’ve stayed on our travels.

A very nice hidden gem with very close proximity to Waterton national park or to Castle Mountain ski resort. I would ask to stay in the new wing of the building as the rooms are fairly new, spacious, and closer proximity to the pool and workout area. Did not eat at the resteraunt for dinner. However, a continental boxed breakfast was a nice addition to out start in the morning. Would advise a stop at the General's Quarter's for supper next door and a stop at the harvest coffeeshop.

Breakfast was great. Hot breakfast with a choice of options. Close access out of town to travel to Waterton.

Front desk staff was not very informative. We locked our key in our room and they gave us a new key without asking for a name, car license plate or anything...little worrisome.
