Clarion Hotel & Suites

Everything comfortable and clean. The only thing that lacked was the restaurant service my son and I stood at the front of restaurant to be seated and were never approached so we left. The sign read restaurant opened 7am to 9pm. Other than that this hotel has got to be the best one I've ever stayed at. Everything about this hotel was so good. Except for restaurant service. It is what it is.🤷🏾‍♀️

The restaurant food was very good. Really enjoyed the suite. Bathroom with walk in shower was lovely. The kids enjoyed the pool and slide.

The hot tub at the pool could have been cleaner. The beds were overly soft but ok. Also had the air conditioning on but found the room warm through the night. A couple more chairs in the room would have been good.

Loved the convenience and the pool and hot tub and water slides for the adults and all the kids.

Wife has mobility problems and had to walk all the way to the end of building to elevators and most of the way back just to get to our room. She can use stairs so was very inconvenient for her. We would gladly stay there again as long as they can accommodate us better.

The restaurant was great, delicious food, friendly staff at a reasonable price, what more could you ask for? The room was spacious and clean. The 5th floor was very quiet.

There were some rambunctious kids at the pool sliding somewhat dangerously, and disrupting some other visitors in the pool, staff didn't step in and say anything for quiet a while.

Booking.com sucks! It was unfortunate I could not apply for my CAA discount upon arrival. I booked on the Clarion website, but was somehow blind sided into booking.com. Next time I will call direct.

no available towels could be refreshed unless stay 3 days and there were no pool side towels available for many many hours on the Saturday. Also could of used more than one elevator as we were far from it, carrying our load to second floor.

Comfortable room, children friendly. Nice pool facility. Our family loved it.

The restaurant food was average. Our check in was handle poorly. The front desk staff took over 20 mins to activate our room key once we had completed the check in.

The elevators needed a key card to work . The pool hours said 1030 on door of pools but really only to 9 pm and restaurant only to 9 pm . Covid hours I guess but still restrictions are inconvenient. The closest man door was emergency exit only all foot traffic thru main doors only sometimes I just want to use a close exit rather than the longer walk to main doors . Auto doors working better would be good , auto door from elevator to parking would be helpful

The beds were comfy it was clean and the ice maker was super close to our room! They let us get plastic utensils for free!

The staff I could barely understand and they took a long time to check us in, and finding my room was terrible. The tv didn't have good channels, I wanted rick and morty and family guy and stuff like that! The toilet to shower door wouldn't close because of the toilet being in the way.

The location was perfect. Staff were amazing and our room was a 10+ We had dinner in the dinning room and were pleased with the food, beer selection and service.

We had a little problem with the heating/cooling system in our room. Too cold with fan running. I tried to call the front desk for help but couldn't get any answer.
