Breakfast was good although would recommend the staff to wear a hair net or hat a very long piece of hair was found in the eggs

Our son travelled with us When he knows we’re resting in the room He likes to tao on his phone so usually he’ll sitting around downstairs and watch tv and talk on his phone At 9:30 he was downstairs and the staff person told him he can’t sit around downstairs I had previously mentioned that to the staff person that my son sits downstairs for a little while I was unaware of this rule that a person can’t sit around downstairs

The room was large and comfortable, with a separate sitting area and bedroom. The bed was extremely comfortable, with soft white linens, allowing for a very restful sleep. The counter, small sink and mini fridge were very convenient for keeping picnic and snack foods cool. The bathroom was roomy, with everything that was needed. The breakfast room was well appointed and getting up and having something to eat before going about the day's activities was appreciated.

The hotel was clean and the staff was super nice! It was conveniently located right off the highway but far enough away that you didn’t hear the traffic from the room. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of pillows!! And the breakfast was actually very good!

The satellite box was unplugged from the outlet and it took a couple minutes to figure it out and plug it back in. Not really an issue, but after a long day of driving I didn’t really wanna crawl under a desk.

The room was spacious and cozy. The bed was great and pillows are so soft. I like that there was a separate bedroom that offers a bit of privacy. The sofa bed was okay, it served its purpose. I like the breakfast, just what we need and there were a lot to choose from.

I couldn't think of anything that I didn't like at the time of my stay. The staff were helpful, accommodating and courteous. All I remember was we had our needs met during our stay. Definitely coming back to this hotel when we're around the area. Thanks Lakeview - Brandon.

Room was quite large with a living area and extra sink. Breakfast had lots of choices. Most food was wrapped in plastic. Easy to "grab and go" We would stay here again.

Constructive criticism: Hotel is showing its age and needs some TLC to spruce it up. Halls are very dark with brown everything. Add some colour and light! Staff seemed not so happy in their jobs :-( There is no lake in view, but you can figure that out by looking at a map :-)

The room was very large, comfortable and clean, with lots of parking, easy to find, and very quiet. Full disclosure on the room being quiet: the cleaning staff had not closed with window properly. Once closed, the room was very quiet. Air conditioning worked well, so the room was very comfortable.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like, although for full disclosure, we did not stay for the free breakfast, so we did not have an opinion on that.

It was a clean, comfortable room; very quiet atmosphere as well. Also, we found the staff to be exceptionally helpful and pleasant to deal with. Overall, a very good travel experience. Thank you.

We were pleased with everything overall. However; one issue was that one of our family members found the bed to be a bit too soft as they experience chronic lower back issues. Nonetheless, it was a good stay and we would recommend this hotel to friends and family if they were staying in Brandon.

This is my 4th time staying here this year. Snow storm forced a stop and I was one of 6 guests this evening. I had been bumped to their King Suite as part of the Booking.com Genius Program and appreciated the extra space to stretch out. Having the living area to relax and watch TV is a big plus and makes the stay more homey. I had been travelling for 2+ weeks and the comfort was welcome. Speaking of comfort, the mattresses and bedding are very nice. Staff was excellent. Breakfast the next morning was hot and you could eat in their dining room with 2x vaxx.

Not a single thing

Quaint older hotel that felt more like home than a big hotel. Clean and well maintained hotel. We had a free upgrade to a suite with a king sized bed. Bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have the extra room. Breakfast was included and we had a great selection to choose from....hot and cold. Although we did not use the fitness room or laundry it was nice to know it is available. Hotel was conveniently located just off the highway. Albert's restaurant as well as fast food restaurants are all within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

It was much better than the last time and it’s all because this staff was pleasant and attentive, verses one that couldn’t care less before.

Still have not been contacted by Mgmt about our complaints lodged after prior stay. Staff admitted during current stay they knew who was the one that was ignorant during our prior stay. Perhaps this person is Mgmt so they can’t come forward?
