Comfort Hotel Airport

We flew in around 1:00am. Called the hotel shuttle which arrived within 10minutes. The driver greeted us like like long lost friends. .Arrived at the hotel and were treated like VIP's. The staff were exceptional with friendly acknowledgements and always ready to assist. Now for comfort ,the room smelled clean and the beds were the most comfortable that we have experienced for a long time. This was the first time we stayed in a Comfort Hotel but will now make it our first choice in the future. To all the staff a hearty thank-you from tow very appreciative guests.

Absolutely nothing to note.

Travelling with my elderly Mother from NS. She hurt her knee on the plane. We had exceptional care and consideration from the shuttle driver, front desk staff and the wait staff in the restaurant. They were all very accommodating.

Bathrooms were alittle small due to using a wheelchair. They have an accessible room but only with 1 bed. This will not deter me from staying there again.

We left too early for breakfast. We were impressed by the Hotel Staff, comfort of the bed, and the airport shuttle. The room clearly needs to be physically renovated & updated as we found it a bit crowded in the entrance. Also felt that the linens were recycled & not fresh because two of our pillows had mascara on them & the Sheets looked slept in.

We liked that our room had a separate ground-floor entry; it made packing out super easy. We also took advantage of the onsite restaurant, which had a huge menu, great food, and very extended hours, which meant that we could get food almost any time we wanted; we got dinner on a day that was too rainy to eat out, and took advantage of the complimentary breakfast on both days of our stay. The onsite laundry facilities were also a great perk - full size washing machine! - even though Covid meant that only one guest could use the room at a time. The staff was lovely.

Stay was lovely, everything that I was hoping for.

Complementary breakfast was amazing!!! But it seemed a little unorganized. We didn’t know we had options for kind of toast and our eggs until we heard another waitress ask another table what kind of toast. Also wasn’t given an option for jams etc. In saying this it was delicious and I enjoyed it, I just think there was some miscommunication between staff that day. We were also told to sit at any table, but the tables were still dirty in the area they directed us to so we had to sit and wait for someone to come clean the table.

Check in super easy and staff kind Restaurant staff and drinks and food was very nice Front desk staff night and daytime very good in meeting many various guest requests during a high volume workload. Lots of rooms booked. No concerns. Staff were very genuine and kind. Room had good temperature and clean and very spacious. Breakfast included was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. Seriously. Like the pancakes were super fluffy. The bacon was real. Etc. Lol. Bar staff had many wonderful drink suggestions. Very accommodating. Noted all guests had no waiting and very good flow of guests at front desk and restaurant.

Convenience of shuttle to and from airport. The beds were probably the most comfortable of all the hotels I have ever slept in. I may even book a night there just to sleep in the bed again.

Wish they had a small grab and go option for breakfast to accommodate early risers catching flights. there was coffee but I didnt take it.

The bed sheets are lovely, the bed is comfy. Breakfast was good, they allowed me to take out my meal.

The drains in the bathtub and sink didn’t drain properly. I showered upon arrival and the tub began to fill. It took sometime to drain after the fact. Also the cable is terrible, more channels would be nice. Or being able to stream from a device.

The breakfast vouchers came in handy especially since we had to extend our stay due to poor weather. The service in the restaurant was exceptional, very friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

The restaurant menu was limited and a bit pricey. The service, however, was excellent.

The staff at the front desk were great. The shuttle bus driver has a great personality. The bar staff were very pleasant. Food was wonderful. Breakfast was quite good and the morning staff were very nice to be around with. The room was roomy, very clean and I slept well. Thx.
