Best Western Plus Liverpool Hotel & Conference Centre

The rooms were huge and very clean. The shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. It was great having access to juice and coffee overnight and there was a good choice for breakfast of cold food but limited hot food.

The first night was very quiet but the second night I got quite a lot of noise from people moving about overhead and a child crying a couple of doors down. They also started cleaning outside my room at about 7.30am and while I was getting up if I hadn't been I wouldn't have been very happy.

The hotel seems very new and the facilities are fresh and updated. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast area was very spacious and the food was great. They have a deluxe coffee machine that makes lattes, mochas, cappuccinos, etc. which is a nice touch. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable.

One thing to note is that the town of Liverpool pretty much shuts down by 9 so you need to do an early bird dinner. However, the town is pretty and the beautiful beach meadows beach is nearby complete with white sand.

The staff were exceptional and your facilities were absolutely beautiful. We could tell that the staff takes pride in keeping the facilities clean and looking fabulous!! We couldn't believe the hotel has been there for 15 years! We thought it was brand new. We'll be there again for sure!

We have nothing that we didn't like about our stay. It was relaxing and very enjoyable, however we could hear the "neighbours" when they had a shower or were talking loudly. Other then that we have nothing to complain about. We enjoyed our time together in beautiful Liverpool.

room was spacious, clean and does not look dated. The complimentary breakfast was good and I love the fancy coffee machine offering all types of specialty drinks (latte, cappuccino, macchiato, etc) They placed all of the couples attending the same event together so we were across or down the hall from each other.

The room was so big nice and clean, the beds very confortable good fit for me and my family

One of the stuff member wasn't very welcoming, you feel you're asking her a favor when asking for something her superviser was a nice lady. They can improve the breakfast option, as they opened the breakfast room for customers to eat in and they can get coffee and juice themselves but you have to ask for bagle or ceral or waffle at reception desk, so if it was for Corona restriction don't open the room for sitting or put the hole breakfast set up there and poeple can help themself as they do fo coffe and Juice

Amelia at front desk was incredible & very informative! Room was spacious, clean & comfortable , pool was the perfect temperature, breakfast was hot and delicious with so many options.. 24/7 complimentary coffee, tea & hot chocolate, my 5 year old is already asking when we can come back!!

Beautiful room. Bathroom and shower were exceptional. Breakfast was great.

Nothing you had control over. There were little baseball players ALL over. I felt that the parents could have controlled the noise better, and controlled the breakfast area better. It should have been the parents, not the staff.

I liked the location and room. I stayed two nights. The first night was very quiet. The second night was very noisy with children running in the hallway until nearly midnight and early in the morning.

It would be nice to have some cigarette butt receptacles in the smoking area. The ground was littered with butts.

I thought the breakfast was nice because I wasable to eat downstairs rather than in my room. Also, the hotel is in a central spot with regards to the beaches on that shore.

The rooms could have 4 of the towel types instead of 3. If the families that come have 2 kids, they'll need to go and ask for 1 more set. But if there's always 4 sets, it would make life easier.

Great breakfast, appreciated the gluten free options and the cut oranges. Comfy bed, but the pillows were a little too big, I prefer ones where your head isn’t so high up.
