Comfort Inn Brockville

The location was great right by the highway The breakfast was really good. Excellent selection of items. The lady running the breakfast service went out of her way making sure patrons were comfortable and getting hot food and coffee. The pool was decent we used a few times and the maintenance man was very friendly . Lots of clean towels in the pool area. Desk staff was very friendly.

It’s a bit rundown in the rooms. I found the cleanliness ok but the bathrooms need a very deep clean . The overflow cover on the sink was extremely grungy and there was mold on the wall paper. The tv clicker was so filthy it felt sticky . I did not touch it with my bear hand.

This is great value!! The staff was awesome! They had a spotlessly clean pool with lounge chairs and towels. They served nachos and cheese in the afternoon. Always had coffee on. The included breakfast was better than I’ve ever had. Tons of hot and cold choices. Fresh and CLEAN. Tina was constantly around cleaning and even served coffee. Coffee, microwave and fridge in room.

If I had to say anything negative would be it’s a bit dated. But clean! The tv was dated. But worked and was fine.

#1: A friendly greeting from the staff, free popcorn, and warm homemade cookies at 5:00 p.m.. #2: The fact that we could drive the car up to the room, which made unloading the luggage easy. #3: Double sliding doors to the patio, which kept the room very quiet. #4: Very comfortable mattress and pillows. Nice bed linens. We had a great night's sleep. #5: It had a bathtub, which is a big plus for those with weary bones after a long drive. #6: A free hot breakfast: scrambled eggs, sausages, Belgium waffles, lots of cereals, juices, yogurt, toast, etc., etc.. Excellent. #7: The swimming pool was just the right temperature. I'm glad I took my suit. #8: A short walk from the hotel is a grocery store and lots of restaurants.

We came in late but the young lady who worked there held it open for a little bit longer so I could swim there. Made my night so much better. The pool is a little out dated and small, but there was a sign saying renovations were coming soon. Either way staff was lovely!

It would be nice to have curtains in the pool area so you can have some privacy from the parking lot, especially at night. New carpet or wood floors in the rooms because it feels old and dirty, I know they're vacuumed but it feels sticky.

I was travelling for work (truck driver). Had to stay overnight and it was great. Great location with parking for the truck at food basics right beside inn. The lady at the front desk was incredible. We were greeted by her when we walked in aswell as freshly baked cookies and popcorn. Check in was super easy and she even help with restaurant recommendations. The room was nice and clean. Really just everything you could ask for and more!

Great stay based on hotel of this category. - We were on a cycling trip and they were okay with us taking the bikes in the room. - Exceptional staff. - Good breakfast - Warm homemade cookies in the evening were yummy.

Forgot a hoodie at the room and called them a couple of hours after checkout but they were not able to find it.

WATER WITH LEMON POOL TEMPERATURE WARMER THAN LAST YEAR

We came at 8:30 but no fruits but everything else was perfect, breakfast PEOPLE COMING FOR SWIMMING , THEY WERE LIVING AT 20 MTES FROM THE HOTEL GROUPE OF 7 THEY EAT THE COOKIES A LOT WHILE THEY WERE SITTING ON THE STEEPS OF THE POOL. NO COOKIES LEFT FOR OUR GRAND-DAUGHTER WE DIDN T WANT THEM TO IT AROUND THE POOL

Breakfast was very good. Coffee was very hot, excellent. There was someone to serve us the breakfast as covid is just now winding down (we all hope!) That seemed to work out very well for all guests. Room was clean and bed was comfy.

I did turn down the heat but all night the fan kept coming on every 5 minutes or so and it would wake me up many of the times because I was in the bed next to it. I was really warm all night even though I had turned heat down.

I was expecting a mediocre hotel given that it was pet friendly but was pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean everything was! the location was convenient to our daughters school(were there to visit here). Close to stores and restaurants as well

Our sliding glass doors in our room were a bit rough and were hard to open.

They have a nice morning breakfast with a good selection. The pool was clean and a nice temperature. We were surprised to see they had fresh cookies at the check-in in the evening. The patio door leading to the parking was really convenient for loading the car.

No screen door on the patio so we couldn’t really open the door without fear of bugs coming in.
