Elegant, new facility, tastefully decorated. Everything works. Large rooms, large windows, lots of counter space, fast elevators, laundry facilities for guests, a sofa bed that was firm enough to sit on, etc. Large flat screen TV, mounted on swivel. Private toilet in the bathroom, good flush, glass doors on shower. All good. Comfortable bed. Black out curtains. Wake up call on time. Attractive breakfast room, pitchers of ice water, fresh fruits, good range of offerings, including waffles. Particularly appreciated the built in USB chargers at the desk and the bedside tables. Nowadays many of us travel with numerous items that need daily recharging (mobile phones, tablets, digital watches, hearing aids, etc.). When there was a problem (see below), the front desk was very attentive to the report. Lots of free parking spaces. Quiet location, handy to gas station and other amenities, and only an hour from Toronto. Check in and check out were both very fast and efficient.

Two small items. --Staff woke us up unexpectedly at 8 am by knocking on the door to ask if we wanted towels later in the day. This was before our scheduled wakeup call, and in spite of clear "Do Not Disturb" hotel sign hanging on our door. Housekeeping staff need better training. --Breakfast was not up to standard at the level expected of Hampton Inn and its competition. The scrambled eggs and the turkey sausage were both dry as dust. The available cereals were all children's food full of sugar: cheerios, fruit loops, and the like. Need to add things like bran flakes or something.

I loved the space in the room, enough to do some yoga or let a young child move and run. The room was quiet, the bed very comfortable, everything was very clean. The breakfast was good. We got there late at night, friendly staff at the counter greeted us and checked us in quickly. We didn’t stay long so we didn’t experience the hotel or the area and therefore could not really rate the location or other amenities. It is right off the highway though, convenient for us.

We happened to be there at the same time as a big group, the breakfast area was a little crowded.

The staff and facilities were great. The King Room with Pull Out was a great size. Plenty of counter space in bathroom. The coat hooks on the wall - fantastic (my 10 year old hung his coat every time without being asked...win!). The work space was great. A huge shout out to Gilbert. He was amazing. He was able to accommodate an early check in so I could take a virtual work meeting at 2pm in a private location. Although not part of team stay, I was there with my son at a hockey tournament. He texted to wish us luck and kept checking in. I travel frequently for business, tournaments and leisure - I've never had that kind of personal touch before. And another front desk representative engaged my son wishing him luck and giving positive vibes - I didn't catch his name. My son said this was the nicest hotel he has ever stayed in and his has stayed in lots too.

The lighting in the rooms could have been a little better. And the floor basin of the shower had what looked like renovation construction stains, but I assure you it was clean - so no bother at all.

Liked the ease of checking in, friendly staff, room was super clean and comfortable. We arrived at 0430, I had noted we would be arriving around 0200 but with delayed flight and waiting for luggage it was 0430 before we actually arrived which was no issue, checked in quickly. The hotel door is locked after hours for safety and you need buzzed in by staff, loved that feature. Offered a 1300 check out because of the late arrival which was a pleasant surprise. We ended up not needing and were out at their noon check (which is later than most hotels) out but was appreciative of the offer. The hotel is spotless, I felt so relaxed and comfortable and would stay there again. Booked thru bookings.com and got a decent rate considering the hotel is new, I think the desk clerk when checking out said it was 7months old.

I have absolutely no complaints. Unfortunately we slept thru breakfast and didn't get to use the pool but maybe next time because I would stay there again.

Everything was amazing. From the moment you walk in the staff is amazing. They have alot of variety of snacks you can purchase and something I have never seen before a cash bar 🍸. Everything was clean the staff where amazing 👏 they helped us with more pillows and answer our questions. The rooms where 1000% amazing we stayed in a suit with our 2 girls it was big and beautiful clean and we had a pull out bed couch. The washrooms had full size cleaning products and body cream. My mother in law and sister in law where in the room next door they are super picky people to please and they lover everything and enjoy all the amenities. The breakfast was amazing their so many variety of food you can choose. The staff was wonderful and amazing. They understood my 2 special needs kids and they where their to help. In overall can't stop saying how amazing and wonderful time with had. Will be going 10000% for sure but next time for a bit longer time. Thank you to the staff for everything you did and how amazing everything was will be back ❤️

Car wash I front of hotel a couple of street races making lots of noise but dint last long.

Immediately, the staff set itself apart from all others. The friendly professional greeting was a delight after a day of travel. Every interaction was lovely. They met any need with immediate and cheerful response. I am sad I do not live closer so I can stay there again

I am still a fan of daily room service of some sort. I like coming back to a made bed and clean towels on the rack. I wish we still had that sort of service.

Breakfast was good. Lots to choose from. Coffee imo wasn't that good but that's just me. 6-10 am. Was a good time frame. 24hr coffee and tea The queen suite was a very spacious room and very clean and modern. The hotel is beautiful!!

The fridge gave out on us but I forgot to tell front desk when we left. The pool was closed. Nothing on the website to say it was. Disappointed because we were looking forward to taking a swim. Forgot to mention that as well. The lounge bar was also closed

The suite was very comfortable and spacious, bedding, toiletries, towels, coffee very good quality. The entire hotel is decorated with taste, and designed to satisfy customers' needs and wants. What really stands out is the friendly, ready to serve staff. We were very impressed with the staff's pride in being part of this new hotel, and hoing the extra mile to make us feel welcome.

I liked evwrything about thw property including its location close to good restaurants, car wash, QEII

Property is fairly new, modern and very clean. .Centrally located and easy to find. Easy check-in. Good wifi. Quick checkout.

Parking is ok although coming in and going out of the property is fairly tricky if you are unfamiliar with the area. There is no good views from the rooms. Coffee was warm, not hot when we checked in.

Loved the waffles in included breakfast. Coffee was perfect. Kids enjoyed the pool. Location was good for visiting family locally but not near downtown. On site bar a bonus. Bar manager very accommodating. Evening staff very welcoming. Day manager (Gilbert)? very professional.

Real fast could have gone a bit later. Maybe 10:30.
