Element Toronto Airport

Location of the hotel was perfect for our needs as we were looking to stay nearby the airport for our next day (evening) flight to Quebec City. Room was clean, bed was comfy and spacious, the tea and coffee in the room were complimentary. The restaurant in the hotel was good, we had a nice dinner with the place buzzing and the staff being very friendly and attentive. The reception staff were very friendly and let us use one of their small rooms for storing the luggage allowing us to use the next day for Toronto sightseeing.

Breakfast was overall good but lemon cake was dry and crumbly. The air con was working but temperature was constant so we could not regulate the temperature on the control panel. There is a free shuttle operating every 30 mins between the Hotel and the airport but when leaving there was another shuttle van waiting to pick up guests. Without asking specifically if this is a free shuttle we assumed that this is the case. It wasn't so we had to pay 20$. Maybe the hotel staff could help by making a clear distinction between the free shuttle and a taxi ride. Anyway, all good so overall a satisfied customers.

I melted into the bed, it was that comfortable. I booked a studio and it was well laid out with a decent kitchenette and sofa. I liked the free breakfast and the pool was a good size.

It was confusing that most of the facilities are shared between Element and Four Points Sheratin, including the lobby and check-in desk and pool. It took me a while to locate entrance as a result. But they had their own breakfast rooms which seemed like an obvious place to share resources. The heating system in room was very loud for sleeping through, though it maintained a comfortable temperature.

Great room and space to move around. Kitchen equipped with all that you need. Modern and clean. Place to sit and chill. Big windows to let the light in, but also great blinds to allow sleep. Shuttle runs every 30minutes to the airport. From there, the UP Express runs to downtown every 15min. Great location to connect to Weston, Bloor and Union Stations.

Pool area is old and underwhelming, plants are unkept. Lack of garbages around public areas. The AC system is very loud and blows right at you from above and not the floor. Beds are quite soft.

While this hotel may be higher priced than others, it was definitely worth it for us. We got stranded due to flight delays, and the manager, in particular was very accommodating while we sit around in the lounging area. Their rooms are phenomenal and spacious. Most days, the breakfast was fantastic. On Thursdays and Fridays, they serve an avocado toast. It is to die for! The cleaner during our stay was really friendly. Though we never needed service, he provided towels, bags etc and gave service with a smile. The hotel insured that the ice was cleared from walkways, ensuring our safety. Their cosmetic products were lovely and all essentials are included in your room. Loved that you got soap or dryer sheets with each purchase of a coin to do laundry. The cherry on the top is the 24hr access to the pool, gym and even airport transfers, which ran every 30 minutes. I've been here twice within a month and can't wait to return.

While I enjoyed the pool area, it didn't feel as though it was heated. But eventually, you get used to it. In addition, some staff were particularly unpleasant (in particular, the breakfast area, not sure if he is Japanese/Chinese/Korean and also during the evening snacks). We did not allow this to damper our entire stay and just tried to ignore the negative behaviours

Staff not very helpful and not accommodating. 4 people just chatting each other and staring at their computer monitors instead of greeting who comes in. Element hotel and four seasons check in counter are in the same area which was very confusing as the counter says Marriot bonvoy. We already passed the counter and nothing had said “May I help you with something”.

The hotel is very near Pearson Airport. The room I booked was spacious and very clean. Lot of towels provided, also coffee and tea supplies. They have a nice restaurant that serves a good breakfast and a variety of dinner options. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and professional.

The location, although very close to Pearson International Airport is also somewhat secluded and surrounded by highways. If you are just staying for a short layover then this is a very good option, but if you are staying for more than a day and you need to buy anything or would just like to check the neighbourhood or nearby restaurants, then everything requires a car. Also, the hotel has only 2 elevators and during my 2 nights stay one of them was out of work. The wifi is very unreliable as it kept disconnecting.

Excellent location to airport and to all highways. Could even walk, but shuttle schedule was very good. Very clean room and bathroom was nice and clean. Great comfortable bed and sheets. Good A/C system. Staff and check in was easy and quick. Had a kitchen but not really equipped for making or having food. No coffee maker, no kettle, no cutlery, no plates, no cups or mugs, no tea towel for washing up and drying. Overall was a good stay. I would definitely come back and would recommend.

Kitchen was not fully equipped and did not offer complimentary water bottles in the room. It would be nice to have a small convenience store for general items for travelers who may forget things or need things.

The room was spectacular. Very well thought out. The kitchen had a full size fridge and convection microwave! Modern, clean. Loved it. Great attention to detail.

Free breakfast. Poured a coffee from the vat - it was cold. Told the staff nearby and they were going to resolve the problem. Poured coffee from the second vat - cold. Went back to my table to start in on the French toast I just acquired from the friendly staff - cold. Got up and left. No shortage of staff. Appears to be a shortage of care by the staff. Friendly, yes. Giving a sh&t, no. Not a deal killer. I'd stay there again because the room was brilliant.

Large comfortable rooms, with a clean kitchen place and working kitchenware. There also is a rather small swimming pool plus a hot jacuzzi, which worked well with the kids at the end of the day.

No surprise, but the place is over 30 minutes away from downtown Toronto by car. The included breakfast could be better, in particular the very limited non sugary options. The swimming pool zone could also be cleaner, and include somewhere to change into your swimming suit, instead of going up and down in it.

front desk staff - different answers depending on who you asked - no two were the same. we would have missed transportation had we listened to the first or second opinion. Book it confirm it then confirm the time or pay for a taxi.
