great proximity to Toronto Pearson international. several choices of restaurants near by , on site restaurant. wash check in , friendly staff. free shuttle that was easy to use. the reception gave me a little welcome bag with snacks and they had a small convection store - sealed serve where I bought myself a hot chocolate early in the morning while waiting for the airport shuttle.

prices for airport hotels in Toronto have sky rocketed . it’s not the only property with this problem.

Room was at the right size - big, but still comfy. Breakfast was in the form of buffet, but also there was an option to be served by the waiter. We had a room on the highest floor - nice view from the window. Localization was also satisfying - we traveled for about 30mins from the yorkdale with one bus + there are buses from the hotel to the airport. Some restaurants are located in close proximity.

Planes taking off made some noise in the room - thicker window glass may do the trick (I don't know if this issue occures on the lower floors). I was able to sleep, but better be aware, that planes are taking off every few minutes.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful, cheerful, and professional. She was there when I checked in at a miserable time, and checked out the next morning. The hotel is well-appointed. The yoghurt I had for breakfast was very good.

I didn't know there was an option for breakfast. I learned when I was checking out that it wasn't part of my reservation. I would like that to be more clear. I somehow was charged $20 for a glass of orange juice & a cup of yoghurt with fruit. It was tasty, but how much more was the buffet?

Bed was wonderfully comfortable. Great place to stay for a couple of days to recuperate after a long month bouncing around. Clean room, with everything needed. Plenty of food options nearby. A shuttle to the airport 24 hours made it a smooth process getting there.

Charged for the stay then security deposit and pending charges per night were held on my card. Still waiting on these funds to be released. Raised this with reception twice and they say accounting had to release them but don't understand why I have pending charges for the stay essentially twice.

The bed was comfortable and the room was modern. It was also convenient as they had a free airport shuttle and you could walk to outside restaurants.

They gave me a room on the 12th floor. You had to get out at the 11th and find another elevator, around the corner, to take to the 12th. The temp control didn’t work. Room was too hot.

It was close to the airport and had availability the night I was staying in Toronto (plus the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was perfect!). The room was beautiful and the perfect size with a great view. Very clean and very friendly staff. Nice atmosphere and service at the restaurant. I really enjoyed the option to choose between the buffet or a menu for breakfast.

The rooms were a little more pricey than I am used to but the quality you get is much better than previous places I have stayed.

The service was awesome at the front desk. Booking.com screwed up by not altering my booking as I'd requested and told ME t fix it myself in person at the hotel.I was scared of arriving and not having a room, but the desk clerk was amazing! He crre Ted my checkin and comped me 2 nights parking (saving $22/night) for my hassles. The room was clean, quiet, and nicely decorated. The hotel restaurant was pretty and the included breakfast tasty. I would stay there again for sure!

Booking.com should have it listed that the included breakfast is only for the adults in the room and any kids are charged 50% off the menu prices.

Upon my arrival to the the property, my first impression was the cleanliness of the hotel lobby and front desk. The tall dark skin gentlemen that greeted me checked me in, he was kind and the process was smooth. I enjoyed the warm fresh breakfast and coffee in the morning. The seafood Alfredo pasta I had for dinner was amazing and the customer service from the rest of the restaurant staff was genuine. Also, I appreciate the help I received from Michelle at the front desk as I requested for a late check at 2pm as I urgently needed to leave a little bit later due to my online work meeting. She was very understanding. Upon check out, Khaled assisted me and had a very warm smile.

I did not like the loud noise of the AC inside the room.

staff was wonderful, Khalid and Tony at the desk were great! Hotel was central to my location preference. offered breakfast every morning. Hotel was clean and looked beautifully decorated for the holidays.

The pool could/should have been warmer, one reason that we choose this hotel was because it had a pool amenity and we didn't go in once during our 4 night stay because it was too cold.

Absolutely spotless and bright room. Modern furnishings and well set up room. Friendly and efficient staff who were quick at check-in and also with helping me print documents I needed that night. Shuttle service from the airport was on schedule and the shuttle was spacious and clean and the driver was friendly and helpful, with the same quality service in the morning back to the airport. Room service was delicious, the market snack selection was a good variety (although a bit higher prices than I would have liked, but that is expected at a hotel). The beds were comfy, and the shower was great. I had a fantastic stay.

I would have liked the option of a pre-bagged breakfast for those who had to check out earlier than 6:00am as I have had offered in numerous other hotels recently. Even just something simple like a juice box, apple, muffin or bagel or granola bar would have been nice before heading to the airport.
