The staff at this hotel were very helpful and friendly. The double queen room was a good size a clean. The bed was comfortable as well. Having multiple doors to enter/exit the hotel from was convenient as well. The breakfast was decent, although it would be nice if they kept it open a little longer for those who like to sleep in a bit (they closed at 9:00 during our stay). The free cookies at night was a nice touch as well.

The only complaint I had was the swimming pool was extremely small and very dirty. There was white stuff (almost looked like fluff) floating around the pool. If a swimming pool is important for your stay, look elsewhere. If not, then this hotel is good.

The hotel is very secure, the room was super clean, bathroom was super clean. There were more toiletries than I am used to seeing in a hotel room (like shoe polish and makeup remover wipes). Ice machine was in a convenient location. Room had a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge. The complimentary cookies at the front desk were a great touch. Air conditioner worked great. Pillows were super soft and comfortable. Bed was comfortable too! But best of all, the staff was so friendly and happy to help or answer any questions we had!

For the room price the breakfast could have been better. It consisted from highly processed food: porrige - instant oats, which contained lots of sugar (why just not to cook simple oats); waffles were the ones from the shop (hotel could put waffle maker instead); prepared sandwiches (2buns, patty,cheese) tasted awful (pepper and strange flavours); omlettes had some strange chemical taste as well; hard boiled eggs were already peeled and put in plastic packages!!! Well, eggs have already packaging, why one has to remove it and to use plastic to pack them again.... and all this in addition to disposable plates and cutlery .

Looks like new, large room, great breakfast (food variety, plenty of tables), new appliances in the guest laundry, small but equipped gym…everything just as expected. Really, not a single reason to -seriously- complain.

The shower gel had not been refilled when we occupied the room; just told the lady cleaning some rooms in the same floor and it got it fixed on the spot; no biggie.

Walking distance (up to 30 minutes) to every major sight - cave of the winds, maid of the mist, niagara falls, niagara trails and park. Good buffet breakfast (also it would be nice to add some vegetables). We also enjoyed complimentary coffee. Rooms and common areas are nicely designed.

Laundry room needs coins and you have no other option than to take out cash and get a change for it - it would be nice if you could pay by the card at the reception or laundry room directly.

I chose the hotel based on the location and the name, as Marriott would guarantee us some quality. I wasn't not disappointed at all. Perfect stay in a great location, only 3 min drive from Niagara Falls. The room was comfortable, very clean, spacious and quiet.

I was shocked to see the amount of plastic used to server breakfast. Paper plate, plastic cutlery wrapped in plastic, paper cups. The two of us alone had about 5 plates, two sets of cutlery, 3 cups. Yet, they tell you to save water and towels to help the environment. That was confusing.

Hotel was very clean and about a 15 minute walk to Niagara Falls. For the most part the environment was quiet. The continental breakfast was very good and the free cookies at the front desk were a hit with the kids! Staff was very kind and welcoming.

Pictures of the pool are a bit misleading. We expected a larger pool but overall it was a clean area. Wish the pool was bigger. Loud guests running and screaming in the hallway at 3am.

I thought the breakfast was just what we needed and the coffee was good too

We didn't like the unkept homes we had to walk past when we left the hotel, so we crossed the street to feel safer

I loved how spacious and comfortable the room felt. I loved the aesthetic of the room as well, the carpet and wallpaper were beautiful! I felt like I could relax and be comfortable sleeping in the bed!

The complimentary breakfast hours could be extended to 11:00 a.m. Families with teenagers tend to sleep in later, so they miss the breakfast if it stops at 9:0 a.m.
