The Falls Hotel & Inn

The patio was such a bonus! Loved the room..super clean!! Cleaning staff was super friendly and check out was super easy and quick! Location is prime for the price.. pool was open! (Please update on your home website and emails) view from patio was stunning!!

Check in was not fun, woman who delt with the check in was rude and made me feel like i couldnt afford to stay there. She didnt even bother taking the time to help me. She actually gave better service to rhe family infront of me. Which shocked me. As a manager for a large makeup company I understand the importance of first impressions. My credit card was giving me problems and I felt embarrassed and flustered.. she said “ your card doesnt have money on it” that was embarrassing. I had to call my bank to resolve the issue and it took me a while.. she seemed irritated and didnt seem genuinely like she wanted to serve me, Made me feel horrible..

The ice machine room was locked and it was June so it was hot and we wanted ice for our drinks. The only other complaint would be the fact that your towels were extremely small for the pool. Also the sauna was broken so we couldn’t use that but the rest of the stay from the staff to the beds being really comfy was worth what we paid. We will be staying here from now on!

I wish some of the ammendities were working but other than that the room was clean. The decor is a bit dated but we enjoyed ourselves. We really want to stay in the same room again next year it was so quiet and comfortable. Perfect for us for a homeymoon getaway!

I love that it was on on of the main streets goin to the falls. That you could see all the rides lifhts and even the fog (cloud) from the falls. The balcony was super relaxing and the view was nice. Got a great deal that day thanks to booking (with out it its expensive). Front desk super nice and sweet. Great location. And free parking included .

My only complains was that theres was nothing to put anything anywhere in the bathroom (as in no counter) since the only place you could was attached to the mirror with fancy wires (look nice but not practical) and also the balcony railing was actually like a fence wood panel and is high, that when you sit you cant see out only to the sky. Beside that i loved the hotel.

The location was amazing - only few minutes walk to the Clifton Hills. There are paid underground parking for all the guests. We picked a room with 2 beds + a sofabed ... It was spacious enough for 6 people. Our room was located at the main building facing the street. Check-in and check-out were super easy and the staffs there were amazing. Our toilet seat clogged... The staffs came and took care of it immediately and gave our bathroom a thoroughly cleaned The beds were quite comfortable.

The surface of the furnitures were a bit dirty so we wiped down all the surface before putting our items on it. The carpet was quite filthy

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was done up nicely, plenty of pillows and the mini fridge was a decent size. The staff at the front desk were friendly and efficient, and the new breakfast spot was a welcoming addition. The parking was great, and while we did not use the pool, it appeared to be a popular amenity among other guests. The beds were really comfy...like lay down and out for a three hour nap kind of comfy, and sheets were clean. In terms of location, it was easy enough to drive into from the highway, and Clifton Hill and the falls are accessible on foot.

The shower did leak as the curtain was not long enough to prevent water from coming out of the stand up/accessible shower. The TV had a lot of missing channels/channels not coming in clear and was difficult to navigate without a guide. Essentially, what we did not like was minor details that did not impact our stay overall.

My Mom and I spent the night as a Mother's Day Getaway! We had a fantastic visit... we used the hot tub and pool, our room had a balcony to overlook Victoria Ave and lights of Niagara Falls. Our room was spacious, clean and updated! We will be back! Oh, and the staff were great - from the lovely ladies that checked us in to housekeeping and the maintenance staff that we saw throughout our visit. All staff were very friendly and helpful - holding doors for us with a smile! It really makes and difference! Please share our gratitude!

The bathroom vanity was a bit small for the toiletries of 2 women..lol. but that is the only thing that wasn't ideal. :)

Oh I love the courtesy of the staff especially Kimberly such a beautiful person. As a matter of fact the reason I stayed there was because of her courtesy on the phone . My Ac didn’t function well at first the maintenance guys were prompt in coming to deal so the problem it didn’t work well so I was transferred to another room however I was disappointed that I had to pay an extra fee though. I should be reimbursed because it’s the faulty Ac that caused me to be moved from my King suite with with a jacuzzi to a room with an ordinary tub. Besides that little hiccup Kimberly ensured I had a fabulous birthday thank you kindly Kimberly.

That I was charged extra for being transferred to another room after the Ac was not working well. I should be reimbursed my extra fee. Alice knows about my discomfort the first night .

The room was appointed well and clean. The AC worked well and kept the room at a comfortable temperature, though it seemed I couldn't change it. Hot water, great shower, fridge in the room, a desk, dresser, TV and a small table with chairs...all nice!

The bathroom sink seemed to be a bad retrofit job! It was too small for the space and was out an inch or more out from the wall and loosely secured! There was very little counter space for toiletries. Also, the room needed a microwave and a safe. Other than those minor items the room was great!

Close to the falls and conveneient. We didnt get the chance to use the pool but it looked lovely. We encountered the cleaning staff as we were checking in and they were polite. We had breakfast in the cafe and the hostess and server were polite and friendly and the food was good, large portions. The room was clean and comfortable, no complaints.

A few extra costs and taxes/fees. Not enough to really complain about because they were small but they added up enough that I did notice, less than $20 maybe to put a number on it.

The staff is excellent here. So friendly and patient and efficient. The location is perfect. It is at the top of Clifton Hill so you get all of the benefits of that without actually having to drive down Clifton hill.

The only I would complain about was our room was facing the road and it wasn’t quiet. It wasn’t really loud either. But it was not as quiet as I might have preferred. I still would 100 percent stay here again though, and in the same room which was beautiful and large. But honestly noise is the only thing I could think of to say as a complaint. And it wasn’t a big deal at all.
