Nights Inn Motel

The room was spacious and clean with plenty of table top. Pleasantly surprised by 24" standard sized refrigerator and microwave. Room location was convenient and faced south affording plenty of natural light.

The motel needs an interior design makeover. The washroom, though operative, needs thorough upgrade of facilities . . . remove tub - add stand up shower with GRAB BARS and sliding glass doors, plus new sink with open shelves below (or enclosed cabinet with pull-out draws). Improve mattress standard for comfort.

The owner was super nice to us... the motel seems to have a lot of workers who sleep there (contractors etc) very quiet motel. Beds were soft and comfortable. Location was great and close by to laundry mat and restaurants. We all had a great sleep and was so needed.

There is just 1 thing we wished we had.. more blankets. The top blanket on the beds are too thin. We kinda froze lol but did have socks on. Maybe because it was summer the blankets are thin and in colder months they switch them to heavier ones.

the building was very attractive inside and out. It was located right off the main highway we were travelling. the room had a nice sized fridge with a freezer which was useful as we were travelling with some food for the road.

the parking spaces were a little tight. the bathroom fan runs when the light is on and we usually leave it on overnight so we don’t kick any furniture in an dark, unfamiliar place and we couldn’t because of the noise so a nightlight would have been a nice addition.

Very convenient location. Spotless room (rare these days with hotels) Great value for the price. Comfy bed, quiet and great AC. Really nice shower. Don, is a great guy with a great sense of humour. Staff are very hard working and courteous! Thanks again to Don for his patience with my spouse and me as we needed a little extra time to leave :-)) We wish him well and hope to get back in the future.

Really nothing to say that is negative.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the fridge handy, the staff personable, and it was excellent price for a simple sleeping stay.

The room is very small, but just fine as we were just there for the night to sleep. The microwave kept blowing the GFI plug, so that could certainly be updated. And the TV is a cathode ray tube from the '80's which was hilarious!

Good sized room. Comfortable bed. Thought the brown fuzzy bed spreads were actually quite cuddly. Liked having a table at which to eat our dinner right next to window. Loved that could be accommodated at a walk in. We think this is a very good value motel and actually stayed here twice on our cross Canada trip. On the way there and on the way back. It's value can't be beat. It's dated but if that's a problem for you, up your budget by about $40.

No freezer portion in fridge so our ice packs defrosted. Was fine since our trip was almost over. The bathroom fan flapper would occasionally bang but we ran the bathroom fan all night - good white noise and stopped the banging. Good stay.

We were reading reviews on Google before booking this room and one of them mentioned the water pressure which was specifically why we booked here. And it was fantastic! The front desk attendant was very nice even after we were late coming to check in.

The parking lot was a little rough.

Friendly staff and helpful housekeepers. WIFI worked well and good selection of tv channels. Beds comfy and a good location, easy walk to boulevard lake and other parks. Nearby dairy queen, tim hortons, robins and transit nearby. Attached fastlane bar had good food. Fair rate and good for a weeks stay in tbay.

Room was very hot at times with no AC, and bathroom door did not fully close. Had to prop door open to get cooler air in. No coffee maker or keurig in room so had to get coffee at the Husky across the street.

It was a great price and very clean. Nothing spectacular but it served the purpose and tbe staff was very nice. I would stay again.

Couldn't see any grocery stores close by. We drove quite a ways for food so pick it up enroute

Check in and check out went smoothly - staff is very friendly. The bathroom was newly renovated in the room I was in. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The wifi was great.

No individual thermostat for the room I was in, and the window did not open - although the room temperature was okay. Also, my room had a vague smell of cat/dog pee or something similar.
