Holiday Inn Express & Suites Vaudreuil-Dorion, an IHG Hotel

Nice location and beautiful rooms. Super courteous staff and breakfast options were good.

We were there from a Thursday to a Sunday and were informed that there would be no housekeeping for the weekend. This meant piled up garbage in the rooms, garbage left in the hallways, running out of toilet paper because not properly stocked. That's a shame given how much we pay for the room. Also, love the hardwood floors but winter boots tracked in alot of snow and wet and there was no mat, which meant wet socks, messy floors (that weren't clean).

Very convenient location for road trip stop with kids. The 50% discount coupons for WhooHoo (available at the reception) made our day! Amazing, friendly staff and good breakfast. Very clean and there is a quiet corner available for phone calls. Check out available until noon. Lots of shopping and good food options nearby.

Our room was very spacious and very clean. The walk in shower was great My wife said that the breakfast which was included was the best, that she remembers having from a hotel. The hotel had plenty of parking. The facilities were excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend it and to stay there again.

Large spacious room with a very comfortable queen bed and wonder sheets, duvet and pillows. Easy in and out access to Hwy 40, West Island & downtown Montreal.

Minor nitpicking item….cleaning person needs to use different cloths in the cleaning process! There were hair deposits on the window sill and the sink counter!

The hotel was offering what we expected from a Holiday Inn Express. The staff was very friendly and even prepared a breakfast package to go for our very early departure.

There is a bit of room to improve the cleanliness. But it was ok in general.

location was 10min from the business I had to visit and it is close to everything, shopping and restaurants, great breakfast included and coffee was great, I didn’t have to go to Tim Horton!

it was a little expensive but everything is going up in price

Someone attempted to enter our room at around 7:30AM (they had a keycard so likely staff). The bar lock is what stopped the door from opening, but this woke up my baby... The phone then rang 2-3 times but by the time i picked up the caller had hung up... not a pleasant experience.

Pool time was limited, and we could not reserve more than 1 slot during the day even when they were still available 1-2hours before.

We stay here often, close to my 93 yr old mother in residence. Everything is here. Breakfast is great. Super clean. Wish I could accumulate points tho. Like using booking punishes us.

The room size was good, beds and lighting were comfy.

Please improve the tvs or add casting capabilities to them. The TV didnt allow me to cast or stream my content which made the stay boring.

Location was very close to downtown where we needed to attend an event. Extremely new, clean and modern Holiday Inn Express. It rivals the longer stay properties. Very modern room, beautifully tiled euro style washroom.

The only issue was someone had broken the built-in USB charger in the room's desk.
