Best Western Plus Moose Jaw

We stayed July 11,2023. Didn’t catch the names of the two gentlemen working the reception desk but they were the best two staff we have encountered in a very long time during our stay while travelling. 5 stars all the way. Hotel facilities and rooms were perfectly clean. Location was great. Breakfast was perfect. Ample parking. Great Job Best Western Plus Moose Jaw. Will definitely stay again while passing through or returning home.

Nothing to dislike!

Breakfast was great. Good variety and well made. It was nice that coffee and water were always available in the lobby. The staff were exceptional - friendly and helpful.

I was excited about the pool but found it to be more of a puddle. When the slide is in use, it is not possible to swim because the sliders land almost midway in the pool which creates giant waves snd splashes. I don’t think the slide is right for this size of pool. There was also a lack of towels available.

clean, comfortable, and would have been perfect but we were staying beside families that didn’t have the same schedule and stayed up late and the other side wake up early. so not a lot of sleep. even though we should have been able to. so the hotel is a 10/10 inconsiderate people out of your control. we stayed there for my daughters dance competition.

the other guests were inconsiderate.

Location. Room was clean. Lots of parking. Breakfast selection.

Pool area was closed for maintenance in summer / over long weekend. Breakfast was great for 3 of 4 members. The 4th a child needs gluten free. There was limited options. Room was booked for 4 guest. Towels in room were for 2. Needed to track down more.

Breakfast was great! Lots of different hot/cold things to eat and it was different each day. We would stay there again, no question. The location is right off Highway #1 and you can walk for lunch or supper nearby.

Just wish there was housecleaning every day.

Breakfast was good. Some of the hot breakfast items were cold but there was a single employee running off her feet serving a full dining room. Beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and the pool was great. Staff at the front desk were very friendly.

Our room was located right beside the dining room so everyone coming into the hotel late at night passed our room and then we heard everyone heading to breakfast in the morning.

Breakfast was amazing both content wise and the length of time it was available. Pool facilities are great! It was clean and conveniently located.

Request for rooms close together was missed which made it more difficult to be supportive of my daughter managing 6 kids by herself.

Clean, friendly, great breakfast! Reception very helpful and gave us some plates to eat from as we checked in late and struggled to find somewhere to eat. Walmart is across the road closes at 10pm. So grabbed food from there.

Need pen and paper in the rooms, menus and information about moose jaw and sights would have been nice. Staff need to be more informed about the area and how to get to it.

This was a great facility, near lots of essentials like gas, car wash, shopping, fast food. The room was spectacular. Clean, modern, comfortable. The breakfast was good and it was nice to have an ATM in the lobby so I did not have to exchange money.

Front desk staff was friendly, but not too familiar with locations of banks, and other services.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Our room was spacious and clean. Pool and slide was fun!

Took awhile for someone to come to the front desk to check in, even after runging the bell and picking up the phone to call, as the sign suggested. But when they did arrive everything was great.
