Novotel Santiago Las Condes

The breakfast, size of the rooms, the location and housekeeping were the best things about this property. Some of the staff were great as well. Having a playground right next to the hotel and 2 big malls and several restaurants in a 3 block radius of the hotel was amazing for convenience.

The facilities were not great. The pool is outside and not usable during colder months and the gym was closed for renovations. Other than the small front area which is very noisy during the day, the hotel does not have quiet areas to hang out or work.

Great location in Las Condes. Close to parks and shopping centre. Helpful reception staff. Comfortable bed. Large room.

Air conditioning control unit seemed like it didn't work properly as temperature in room was the same no matter what setting you had. Breakfast is busy and the restaurant became dirty with tables not cleared in time for new guests and floor had food and rubbish scattered. Hard to find information in the room as to what the hotel offers.

Network hotel, nothing special, but expected and guaranteed level of quality. One of the points that wouldn't be interesting for the people without kids: the hotel is close to the park with great kids' playgrounds.

Service in the hotel's restaurant is _extremely_ slow. You should hunt them down even to pay for the dinner

Hotel location is the best for me, close with all things needed to shopping and get lunch and dinner.

We had several issues on the breakfast. One day the breakfast was opened but the stuff was not available. Breakfast started very late at 07:00am. I am used too have breakfast at 06:00 to 06:30am.

Rooms are modern minimalist, which comes off as cold and somewhat barren. But comfortable, and well located.

Room and common areas with a little more warmth, very minimalist and all hard surfaces, comes off as somewhat cold.

there is a huge playground across the street from the hotel. If you have kids, they would love it not the one that is right by the property you have to cross the street.

the game room, the apartment, the view, their restaurant and the service.

I don’t like that they close the game room at 9pm. It would be nice to seat there even if the restaurant is closed. they asked us to leave at 9pm and shut all their lights off.

the restaurant food was bad and the service extremely slow!. example: Cesar salad did not have the real cesar dressing, which make it very tasteless and dry. The Tacos were over cook. Not even the chicken a la planchas was able to save the day.

Friendly Staff, clean and spacious rooms, a play area for the kids with a outdoor pool. Buffet breakfast was good. Restaurant offers good service.

Good options for sweet breakfast however needs variety for the savory and also quality needs improvement. Restaurant is decent.
