Very comfortable bed. Decent breakfast. Parking was convenient and only 10euro/night. Location is fabulous for visiting upper and lower town.

Front desk staff were less than helpful. We asked how to make an outside call from our room and they couldn't tell us. We also asked for help calling a beauty salon, and they said there was no way they would have any availability. We ended up calling from our cell phone and they did indeed have availability immediately. Lucky maybe, but the staff was not very helpful to us.

This is truly a hidden gem! Literally hidden! Thankfully I had a taxi bring me from the airport to the hotel because there is no big sign on the Ilica Street to advertise the hotel (there is a small mention on the parking sign on the street) and I’d likely still be looking! The hotel is quite charming – my room 312 on the top floor didn’t have a fantastic view, but was big and light with windows in the bedroom and bathroom that opened to let in plenty of fresh air. This was welcomed, given the warm weather in Zagreb during my stay! The bedroom was spacious with an area for my suitcase and a desk area, the bed comfortable and plenty of hanging and storage space in the wardrobe. The bathroom offered plenty of room, though the shower was a little small. The only products offered were soap and a shower cap, but on the final day, shampoo, body wash and body lotion were also available. This would have been better given when I first arrived! Breakfast was included in the nightly rate and consisted of cereal, fruit, a hot selection (bacon, sausages and eggs) and cold selection (meats, cheese and salad), bread and fresh pastries, juice and tea/coffee. This was served each morning from 7am and provided a good start to each day! The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance from many of the important Zagreb landmarks - Ban Jelačić Square, cathedral, markets, the Upper Town (easily walkable, though also accessible via the funicular), Tkalčićeva Street, Stone Gate, plenty of shops and many, many restaurants and eating places. This location was perfect! A special thanks to the girls at Reception, particularly Anamaria and Katarina who were so super helpful in providing directions, suggestions for things to do, arranging a breakfast bag for my early check out on my last day and also giving me a tram ticket to the train station. I was appreciative of their help throughout the three days of my stay.

As mentioned, the bathroom products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc) would have been appreciated earlier but didn't detract from the quality of my stay!

The location is great. Right in the middle of the town. The tram station is just outside the hotel and there are plenty of shops around. The hotel was clean and cozy and the staff was excellent. Good variety for breakfast too.

The housekeeping was surprising. They seemed to have only replenished the toiletries but didn't change the bed sheet or towels. So, that was strange.

Great location and the hotel was quiet.Very comfortable beds and lovely bath products. Great breakfast selections. Staff were friendly it was a very comfortable stay

- perfect location, close to everything; - very good breakfast with great choice of different food for every taste; - professional, always kind staff; - really clean room and other spaces in hotel; - good shower; -good condition air with easy control; - parking space right next to the hotel, cheap and good; - they have elevator; - electric kettle, coffee and tea bags in a room; - bathrobes and sleepers included.

- bed was not comfy, we slept bad. When I asked about double bed, I suppose to get double bed, but not two twin beds put together… if you make double bed of two separate mattresses, at least use special double toper mattress to get one piece coating. Other-way sleeping as a couple or sleeping with a baby means sleeping on a mattress joint….. - price is high. I booked it with booking discount, but still, for this price you suppose to get at least some extra pleasures, such as bottles with fresh water of fruits, or welcome drink, or smth else…. And here was nothing, except of basics mentioned in a description.

Beautiful, clean hotel in a PERFECT location in Zagreb! Stayed in 2 rooms with my family of 6; we felt like we had plenty of room. The location is AMAZING! We got discounted parking at the hotel and didn’t even have to move our vehicle for 2 days. Everything you need to see is within walking distance! Kind staff who was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed on the third (top) floor and had skylights instead of windows. Would have loved more of a view, but that’s why you don’t spend all your time inside the hotel room! Overall a GREAT place to stay.

Very modern hotel with lots of space to store luggage, clothes & relax in the living area. The toiletries are also very nice. The included breakfast was very good with many choices of hot & cold options. Unfortunately we had to check out very early the next day so we were unable to have breakfast but they made a couple of sandwiches for us. Having a parking lot right on the premises was also very convenient.

The shower was not strong & the water temperature was hard to control. The location was good but would have preferred for it to be closer to the main square.

I think that this is one of the best hotels in Zagreb, comfortable rooms, great breakfast and perfect location with parking. Great for visiting the city center.

I came with big expectations since I was sleeping in this hotel also about 15 days earlier. I had superior room then and it was perfect so I rated it 10, this time I also had superior room but it looked like standard room from the Booking photos. I asked for another room but they were full, so I felt a bit tricked. Above all, the toilet bowl in the room was dirty, so all this made my experience lower than I expected. You can confirm my words in photos. I suggest you rent a standard room if you stay here to spare some Euros since it seems some superior rooms are same as standard. I also felt I paid this time too much for the service I got.

The hotel was nice. The room we got was very comfortable and well arranged. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, speak English very well. The breakfast was quite good and tasty. The hotel location is very good, you can walk to almost any location in the city center, and the public transport is around.

No USB sockets in the room, you need electricity plug with USB connection to charge your phone etc. The breakfast is almost the same every day. There is no dedicated locked luggage room: luggage is stored in the reception.

Location was good, maybe a 15-minute walk from the centre. Nice and modern facilities. The on-site car park came in handy for us. We also managed to get some washing done while we were there which was helpful. The ladies on reception gave us great recommendations for dinner options. Also really liked the array of environmentally friendly toiletries in the bathroom!

Breakfast buffet was in quite a small room and if you timed it badly it could get quite crowded. The buffet options were nice but a made-to-order option (even just eggs) would enhance the experience.
