Livris Hotel

First impression was very good. The receptionist was fantastic, very welcoming, free parking, easy check in, lovely, clean hotel. We booked this place because we were after long trip from our holiday so we just wanted to sleep over and continue next day. The issue is Air condition as it was mentioned in previous reviews and I do believe the receptionist was telling the truth today on check out that is already fixed, as there is a several reviews about the same problem. The temperature in the room was just too high, air unbreathable, not possibility to open a windows. Long story short I ended in the middle of the night after several complains at the reception in different room just to get some sleep (1am). In all fairness the night staff was very apologizing, we got a complimentary drink as an apology (however the reception staff I only met in the morning at the check out, told me: YOU GOT COMPLIMENTARY SECOND ROOM, YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR IT). I mean obviously, it wasn't my fault there is an issue with your ventilation system and believe me I had no intension to be moving around the place in the middle of the night. If there is no issue with the heat in the room, hotel would be absolutely perfect stay in Zadar for us.

Parking - We had a parking spot right by the hotel. Super easy to reach the reception afterwards. Very convenient. Reception - Warm welcome. They were so kind to allow us to check in about half an hour before. Room - All clean, beds and pillows comfortable. Safe, air conditioning, water boiler all operative. No noise from the street or from other rooms. Wardrobe and hangers for the clothes. Bathroom - Clean, no smell, enough number of towels and hotel slippers. Location - 3 minute walk to the tram station from where you can easily reach the city center. Breakfast - Enough number of varieties, tasty, staff helpful.

Dynamic fresh style boutique hotel, no artificial chain hotel feeling, great location close to the center in a hip residential area, free parking, friendly staff. The lady on night duty was incredibly cute hrlping with my special requests re air condition and extra blanket. Ladies at breakfast were also cool serving me a gluten free plate with a smile. Great experience

You could be more ecological by allowing selective waste collection, ie plastic/carton in separate bin in the individual hotel rooms. It was surprising to me that a hotel of such quality still collects all waste in one bin

Lovely hotel. Staff truly made this a comfortable and memorable stay. One staff member stood out (didn't get his name) was very helpful. The staff in the breakfast area are wonderful, couldn't do enough to make me comfortable. Room had everything one would need. This was 2nd visit. Got upgraded for my 2nd stay so I didn't have to wait for check in time. It was huge! Great shower pressure, great bed and pillows. Kettle was appreciated. Great block out curtains. 15min walk from bus station but very handy for the airport shuttle.

It's in a residential area so if you're there on a Sunday, many of the eateries are closed and there's no grocery store for essentials. There's a bakery next door. I caught an Uber into the main shipping area, Ulica which took 10mins.

Hotel was perfect🤩We like everything. The room was big enough for three of us (2 adults and 1 toddler). We ask for an extra bed for our daughter and we get it without any problem. Near the hotel there are two playgrounds(like 2-5 min. walk), a bakery with absolutely delicious and always fresh bakery, and also tram stations “Olipska”. The room was perfectly clean, and cleaning was every day. There was a kettle in the room as well with some coffee/tea and little sweetness, which we think was amazing. The stuff was very sweet and always helpful. The breakfast was nice and quiet diverse, there was everything you need for a breakfast, and there was a champagne 🥂 if you want to begging your day with a funny and luxury way. We check out early in the morning, so the kitchen made some breakfast for us(to go). We can highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely come back one day.

Loved a lot of things related to my stay at Livris Hotel. Reception and communication was exceptional. Front desk was very very helpful. Breakfast spread was amazing and changed every day. Room had a stocked refrigerator, there was welcome fruit and a snack bar, Toiletries in the washroom were of L'Occitane and it was overall very peaceful. Location was very much centre and connections via tram was just 5 mins walk away. Bakery & Pub, Café and food joints all were in walking distance. All in all a pleasant stay.

I chose a single room. When I saw what I paid for I was sad. I could have gone for an upgrade but the last minute charges were exorbitant. Cannot complain as I brought this upon myself. But the single room was really really small.

Except as explained in the comment below, the room was designed and furnished to a high degree. Quite comfortable. Kettle, complimentary chocolate bar. Mini-bar which I didn't use. Breakfast the next morning was a high-quality, generous buffet. Staff were kindly and helpful, but were unaware of the problem with this room's sockets.

The electric sockets would not charge my iphone unless I switched on a particular set of lights. This was even with the room card in the appropriate pocket. I thought my cable was not working and took taxis in and out of the town centre to purchase a new cable. The taxi returning me to the hotel charged me five times the amount as the taxi that took me into town. All this stress, wasted time and expense was completely unnecessary. The new cable would not work either until I turned on a particular set of lights (there are lots of lights, in this designer room). Also, it took some searching to find the switch behind the bathroom mirror which turns off the light that shines brightly through the glass door onto your pillow.

Receptionist and check in was great. Very friendly welcome and assistance. Budget room was small (as expected - so cute) and super comfortable. Love they have L'Occitane amenities.

Given my late arrival, it would have been useful to know that the restaurant at the hotel only serves breakfast. I was starving! But lovely to have has some fruit available at the bar, and snacks in the mini-bar in the room. Breakfast staff could have been friendlier given I was the first one (or only one at breakfast for a long while).

Nice amd kind hotel staff. Room was very clean. The matress was very very confortable. I slept so good. The elevator was next to my bedroom but I didint hear anything. I reccomend this hotel.

The TV signal is a bit bad, but nothing more. Everything else was amazing.

Extremely well kept, spotlessly clean, very comfortable. Brilliant staff and amenities. The room was serviced every day and it was spotless each time. Great location too, 30 min walk to the old town, wonderful bars and restaurants within 5 minutes and the hotel is about 700M from the central bus station. Grab the airport bus and walk the remainder for a quick and affordable transfer. The breakfast was well worth it as well! Cannot recommend enough!
