1. Mr.Hisham the assistant manager at the reception is really a gentleman 🥰, his great welcoming and daily calling to ensure we are so comfortable and happy. 2. La palma restaurant (Italian restaurant)was wonderful and highly recommended & the smiley staff there specifically Mr.Mohamad Hamdy. 3. The beach , pools , aqua , animations , green gardens & rooms were great. I think staff are doing their best for the guests.

The main restaurant needs some variety of food and taste at lunch and dinner. Some oriental food will make a difference 😉

the facility is very nice, comfy, clean and well organized as we did not feel lost at any moment and we memorized the property fast enough, and the water activities were amazing, clean, refreshing, and good temperature.

The FOOOOOOOOOOOODDD, was very much beloooow expectations, with quality below average in all 4 restaurants, the staff was not professional in terms of interacting with the guest, food serving, and cleaning and providing plates, plates were being cleaned and served very slowly. although the kitchens and restaurants were well established and equipped, the staff simply were not on the same level of quality as the facility and equipment

The beach is great and clean .. the food was limited variety but very good quality.. except the snacks was so poor .. The weather was great and much bars everywhere working untill 12am

Checking in took much time , as they asked for birth date certificates for the kids which wasn't available with us and wasn't mentioned through booking .. The pools and aqua needs more care as they wasn't clean at all .. The towels always not clean and looks too old to be used .. hope they could renew it

The beach is nice sandy beach and aqua is good. There are a lot of green area. The food was tasty. The room was big and cleaned well.

The staff is not friendly, not smiling at all. You will always feel that they have a problem. The pool needs to be cleaned more. The entertainment for kids needs to be improved and the kids club wasn't prepared well. The animation team should notify the parents before starting the adult program because it was not suitable for kids to attend such a show. Adult show should be separated from the kids show.

First day air condition didnt work, but they repair it imediately as we spoke to them the next day.

The room location was very good overlooking tye main pool , and it was a ground floor , The beach is more than perfect sandy and very clear , the food need more variates but its good , Over all i enjoyed my stay will love to visit it again

The pool need to be heated it was cold , The aqua operation time need to be more time , The break of the aqua park from 12 pm to 3 pm which is a long time .

The beach and the drinks were very nice and the animation team activities were really interesting

The food in general specifically in the main restaurant doesn't taste very good and no beach snack varieties.. However, the other restaurants that required reservation (e.g. Arabian and Italian) were much better.

The beach was amazing , landscapes ,the Aqua and the Arabian restraunt was great . the staff was friendly and the animation team, Special thanks for the reception team and Mahmoud from the guest relation for being supportive.

The main restaurant is not that much tasty but it was ok, also food variety is required specially in lunch

This is my third stay in this resort The beach is sandy and clean. It gives a special relaxing atmosphere. Also, the type of umbrellas used offers a wide nice shade. The food is perfect with wide varieties. The Arabian BBQ restaurant (with a free reservation) is truly amazing. The staff is cooperative. We were granted an early check-in (11 a.m.) upon our arrival to a nice pool-view room and was further changed to a higher floor upon our request. The room size is above average as compared to other hotels. The night shows are very good
