Iberotel Makadi Beach

First you wonder if 7 nights wont be too long. But rapidly, magic starts...Here is what you will get at Iberotel Makadi Beach 1. Cleanliness & comfort. The level of cleanliness in this hotel is exceptional. In common areas, rooms, swimming pools, beach, restaurants & bars. You can trust what you eat and drink (even ice cubes and ice cream) and you will be safe. Beds are so comfy that you will sleep tight. Towels are changed as often as you want. Trash bins are emptied a countless number of times. 2. Beautiful gardens & surroundings with palm trees, rocks, cactus, blue pools, wooden bridges... especially the view from the beach rooms are breathtaking, be it at dawn or sunset. 3. A service oriented & friendly staff. The level of service is great. You will not wait long for your towel, coffee or your fantastic cocktails, and you will also get a bright smile. The staff at Iberotel is truly working hard to make your stay unforgettable. They love kids and will interact/joke with them all the time. A huge THANK YOU to Ismail and Ahmed at the pool bar whose smiles and beautiful mocktails made our days. Don't forget that good & hard work in Egypt is rewarded by tips, so please play the game.

It needs to be said that 90% of the tourists at Iberotel are German. So expect to be greeted in German all the time, which for us was not an issue. Though we did not travel for food, we found that the savory food at buffet was average. But deserts and pastries were EXCEPTIONNAL (+2kgs gained :) ). To summarise, yes we recommend the hotel and yes we will come back. We did a lot of activities by ourselves (glass boat, free diving, dolphin center etc), but there are more to do; so as the Egyptians say: "Once you drink from the Nile, you will come back again". So will we.

From the very first moment, everyone in the staff was so incredibly friendly, welcoming and most importantly very professional. Very special thanks to Mr. Mina Magdi at the front desk who was always very responsive to my questions/concerns an made sure I have an exceptional experience. I had a triple queen room with full sea view that comfortably fit myself and my family. The room was super clean the beds were very cozy. The spacious balcony along with the beautiful sea view was quite relaxing and peaceful. Very special thanks to Salah, the room service personnel, for who always making sure the room is up and beautiful and has everything we need. The food was delicious with ton of varieties offered all the time. The kitchen area was super clean and very nicely organized which is something I appreciated so much. The kitchen staff were very welcoming and never stopped asking us how we felt about the food quality and whether we need anything. I deeply appreciated their positive attitude more than anything else. Shout out to Chef Hossam and Al-Gazzar and to the server Sayed. The beach area was way more spacious than it looks in Bookings.com's photos and it was kept very clean all the time. The staff by the beach provided a wide vaiety of gear for so much fun water activties. Special thanks to Al-Doctor for being very helpful and nice. The animation shows were so much fun. Myself and my family had a phenomenal experience and we definitely are coming back to Iberotel later this summer/early winter.

It seems like WiFi quality is a common complaint. I would absolutely love if this issue is resolved next time I visit. The oriental restaurant was okay, but it definitely can be better in terms of the quality and the portions served. The beach servers should to be a little more attentive and friendly. Some had a very positive attitude tho and served us very happily. I would love to experinece the full sea view from a first-line row apartment. I do not know to how to pick that through Booking.com, but I would really appreciate such an experience next time.

Iberotel is one of the best hotels i saw in my life. I recommend this hotel for everyone especially for who need to relax and enjoy. 1- service was more then excellent. 2- everyone work in this hotel is very kind and do the best for the guests. 3- food very tasty. 4- room service was very nice. 5- beach very beautiful. 6- one of the best thing in this hotel (pool bar). I really love it especially from 4 to 6:30 pm. 7- everyone working in the hotel always asking if we are happy or we need anything even the director Manuel and Mr. Ashraf. Really beautiful people. 8- every night there is a beautiful show and time to dance for adults and mini disco for kids. 9- Aqua park is amazing for adults and kids, we love it. 10- kids club was nice for our son. There is more beautiful situations happened. Of course we will visit this hotel again.

The internet in our room was not working very well but the reception try many time to fix it but was not working. It could be better if there is more buses to arrive us from the hotel to Aqua Park and back and not every 45 minutes.

The staff were super friendly who attend to all your requests promptly; they go the extra mile to please you even without you ask for it. They are people oriented and provide outstanding service. They never turn down any guest’s request.. Their guests’s satisfaction is their utmost priority. Mr. Mina in the front office was kind, professional, efficient and reliable. He did his very best to satisfy all our needs. It’s the most perfect location in Hurghada where you can swim, snorkel and enjoy water sports. They have the dine around option where you can enjoy your dinner in other nearby Jaz authentic restaurants; the food in the asian and the Indian restaurants were exceptionally delicious. They also offer free laundry service.

I recently stayed at the Iberotel Makadi Beach Resort and I must say, it was an absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality from the most profecional receptionist Roman . The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully landscaped gardens and a pristine beach. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff were attentive and kept the room spotless throughout my stay all my thanks goes to ABDEL QAWY and SALAH . The food at the resort was fantastic, with a wide range of delicious options to choose from at each meal. The staff at the restaurants were friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any dietary requirements. all thanks goes to Mohamed , Amr and Ahmed . the pool resturant do the best steak you could ever taste . The resort also had a variety of activities on offer, including snorkeling, scuba diving, and a range of water sports. The entertainment team was energetic and engaging, making sure that there was never a dull moment during my stay. Overall, I had an incredible time at the Iberotel Makadi Beach Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The exceptional service, stunning surroundings, and wonderful amenities make it the perfect destination for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Red Sea.

The stuff were so friendly, spotless pool and beach. The waiters were so helpful and polite, sayed noticed what I like to drink at dinner, he cool it and prepared everyday without asking him, this so nice from him. The night atmosphere at the outside area listening to the music band

The hotel is quite enough, no music on the beach or the pool. The food at the main restaurant specially at dinner should be more varied and cooked with different way. During my lunch meal, I asked for salad which was already available but the chef said it's finished !! Because I came at 3 or 4. So they must made enough quantities to be available since the snack and lunch time starts till it ends.

The amazing reception team (Hassan, Ramadan, Khair) made sure all of our requests were met promptly - Facilities; jacuzzi spa and steam, many restaurants and bars, shisha cafe, FREE laundry (!!) - Very attentive waiting staff across all restaurants and bars - Fantastic breakfast buffet - Lovely spacious room and bathroom that was very clean and had everything we needed - Opportunities for snorkelling and water sports - Great selection of drinks - Lovely spacious balcony with beautiful view

- If you’re staying for only a few nights it is very difficult to get a reservation in the a la carte restaurants in the hotel. For the 3 nights we were there they were all fully booked (except for one on our last night) so I would recommend emailing in advance - Because the majority of the guests are German, staff would generally speak to us in German and in most cases their English wasn’t as strong so it was sometimes difficult to communicate - We found the food to be quite average but didn’t try all the restaurants - Noisy air con - bring ear plugs if you will be using air con.

We enjoied the food, the pool and the evening entertainement. They organsied us an excursion to Luxor which was perfectly done.

free Wlan was slow and had to be registered everytime Tenniscourt number 2 needs sand, felt like a hardcourt. Take along small euro notes to change the coins from the staff (tipmoney)

This was our 4th year to visit iberotel makadi ..Everything was exceptional 😍 Staff..professional, friendly, polite, helpful Animation..nice and engaging activities and friendly team Rooms..spacious and clean with nice view Pool and beach were very clean Food..nice variety and delicious Restaurant and cafe ..helpful and friendly waiters Thanks iberotel for a nice stay and special thanks to Romani and Ramadan in the reception, Amr & Ahmed in the main restaurant, Sayed in the housekeeping, Omar the bellboy, & mr. Abdelsatar in the F&B, and the animation team Asteka and the other boy i can't remember his name for making our vacation exceptional 😍

I dont know from where to start. This is the best hotel in Makadi. Best service, best facilities. Beach is amazing People everywhere are so friendly Khaled at the reception, people at the restaurant, pool bar and beach are very friendly. The GM is always there making sure that everything is perfect Nightlife is joyable Pools are very clean and chilling Food and beverages at the pool bar are so delicious Unlimited access to the aquapark - made my children more than satisfied I will book this hotel every single year at least once Food is nice, but overall good Service at the hotel is more than my expectation I need to thank the staff at checkin as they helped us and upgraded our rooms (my brother's and mine)
