Pickalbatros Alf Leila Wa Leila Resort - Neverland Hurghada

The stuff was very professional and always helps, The heated pool and the heated aqua park was amazing , we went end of April but it was a bit chilly so the heated pool was a life saver, The place is huge with alot of facilities and the Neverland show was the highlight of our trip.

The beach you have to take a shuttle to and from the beach its always very very crowded and you have to wait more than 20 minutes for it. then when you reach the beach its a disappointment, the part allocated for the resort is rocky and not very nice , if you like going to the beach and enjoy swimming and the kids enjoy the sandy beach that's not the right place to enjoy your holiday. Also the food although alot it was less than average taste wise

1-Kids show and kids activties 2-Night shows 3-hotel is clean and the staf are doing good efforts 4-They sent a cake for my son as it was his Birthday - very nice complaiment 5-They offered invitations for Nerverland show and Jungle park 6-Jungle park is perfect & Neverland show is amazing 7-They offered lunch bags while leaving last day 8-Amazing activities on the pool everyday That is creative like foam party and flying board show

1-They gave me an old furnitured room when I checked In but I told them it is not the same one I booked they offered me another old one but I insisted again then they offered me the one I booked 2-Most of the staff are not friendly or even smilling and deal with forigners better than egyptians 3-house keeping is average 4-Room is missing some luxuries items 5-AC in main resturant is very bad 6-Same breakfast everyday 7-TV channels are boring 8-Food varieties in breakfast and dinner

Its the best hotel I have been in whole my life. I mean the service and every thing. specially I will thank Ahmad Maki in reception and all who works in Jazz bar ( Sayed, Mahmoud and Waleed) and all who work in the international restaurant special Hassan Nasser and the Syrian chef who cock Shawrma😍 SPA team ( 2 girls) was very freindly also.

I didnt like that there is a children who works under the toys its very hot to them. I dont like to see children who works hard for my children be happy.

The staff there are incredibly friendly , at the reception you'll meet mr. Mohamed and some other super friendly people . We arrived late and had a late check in so we had just missed luch, we asked if we could have lunch sent to our room as it was too early for dinner timing and they sent it to us immediately which was very nice. They have 4 heated pools (two of which are not so big) but it's great for winter visitors and for the kids . They do not have a beach , but they grant you access to a beach in another resort with bus transportation available between the two resorts . They also give an invitation to spend a day at an aqua park in the nextdoor resort called " jungle aqua ". The resort has a mini museum. It also has different restaurants, main restaurant, fish restaurant , chinese and italian (the Moroccan was closed) . The food varieties are suitable at the main restaurant but are too little at the Chinese and Italian so i recommend you just skip the fuss and head to the main one all the time, breakfast is served only there anyway. I wished they had different food options at breakfast , for 4 days the breakfast setup was the exact same things at the same places, it's okay but it would be better if they give it a bit of a change from day to day. There's a nice animation team that cheers up the kids after dinner. They also have a tennis court , soccer court and an area for table tennis if you want . What's also good is that there's a cafe that offers free drinks 24 hours next to the lobby ( if you've booked the all inclusive reservations) .

That it didn't have a beach it made us lazy to leave every day specially with a kid , but it's okay as in winter the sea was freezing anyway so the property with its heated pools is a perfect destination for a winter vacation. Also buses leaving to the beach won't wait for one minute if your mate is walking behind , they'll leave and you'll have to wait for the next bus.

Very nice and thoughtful staff that even brought fruit and a take-away lunch package for the last day of our stay. The campus is well-planned with distributed houses and many different small pools. The 5 restaurants with different cuisines provide a large variety and always something for every taste.

The drink options are quite limited and of low quality (cheap artificial juices, very cheap wine and beer, only one option each) and not even upon additional payment there are other beverage options available. The sports equipment would urgently need a replacement (broken gym equipment, table tennis rackets almost broken, ...).

Very clean and spacious rooms, staff was helpful and friendly, they would let us have late check-out, a lot of variety in food, nice pools. And they gave us a lunch bag on the day of check-out which was nice!

Not on the beach so you have to take a bus to get there (we already knew that when booking it), no a la carte restaurants, and the manager asked us to give a 10-grade review on a Dutch website and waited for us to do that, so good to be a bit skeptical about all the 10-reviews.

Everything is very good, the cleanliness of the rooms, buildings, swimming pools and aqua parks, taste and variety of food and drinks. I would also like to thank the lifeguards at the pools and aquaparks for their attention to the children, and I would also like to thank Mr. Mohamed Abdel Wahab for his immediate interest in solving the problems that the guests might face. Also thank him for his kind invitation to the Neverland party on our last night at the hotel..

Despite the large area of ​​the place, but the swimming pools are very small, and the main pool is very crowded, Also, the entertainment games such as billiards and ping pong, sometimes I had to wait more than an hour to play one game of ping pong. The entertainment parties (animation) and their time must be explained to the guests, also the big distance from the beach is not the best thing, you will find Of course, few workers treat the foreign guest better than the Egyptian guest..other than that everything is good

The stuff is very friendly and helpful in this Hotel except the Front Desk manager who has a bit of unfriendly attitude (see the below section for details), sorry :D The food was very good with enough varieties, specially in the dinner. The Jungle Aqua Park (with the free invitations) is excellent for families with kids.

I had a long argument with the front desk about the price I paid for one of the rooms we booked, as they wanted to charge me extra money. I spent more than 3 hours with my laptop in the reception to prove to different people that it is their system fault. It was very stressful. Why should I leave my family in the pool alone and cut time from my vacation to explain to them their problems, they should know better about their system! After I explained everything, the Front Desk manager just left me in the lobby without even apologizing, this is the most frustrating part after I went the extra mile! This hotel deserves 9/10 rating, but I am downgrading to 8 because of this issue (luckily not 7 because they tried with a small nice gesture to keep me satisfied at the end).

Facilities: The resort is 20 mins drive from airport. It is connected to another report "Jungle aqua park". The rooms were fairly sized and quite. The buildings and places are beautiful. There were pools for every area and every kind of visitor. There were evening shows in Neverland, mini disco for kids, Carousel and other rides in the evening. Food: Breakfast was in the main market "Le Marche". The food was mouth watering. Lunch options were quite large and there were different dishes to choose from. The deserts were always the highlight. Dinner was again amazing with options to choose from - oriental, italian or asian. Service: All staff member were friendly, helpful and happy to see the guests.

Breakfast was a very busy time - had to wait long to find a table at times. There were mosquitoes in the room which we have to ask reception to remediate with a spray almost every night.
