The central location with hotel parking. The room and bed size were exceptional with a window looking out to a pretty courtyard garden. Decorated with lovely antiques and tasteful period features. The electric blinds made a complete black out, which we like at night. Check in and out was simplicity itself and the host was flexible about leaving the car for a little longer while we explored Albi in the morning. It was a luxury one night stay, for a birthday, in the middle of a gite holiday and it did not disappoint.

I think the breakfast could have been better. Quite a basic continental with coffee from a machine.

Superb location a short walk from historic centre Large gated car park which is unusual for a town centre location There is a nightly charge. Parking is accessed via a separate street behind the hotel so best to get directions to the car park before you arrive and go straight there rather than to the reception first as it is not easy to park at the front. Staff very friendly and helpful Good size comfortable room nicely decorated in a modern style . Air con has a max and minimum setting but a specific temperature cannot be set. It just about coped but the outside temperatures were particularly high when we stayed. Beautifully decorated large reception and lounge and a lovely garden. Albi is a lovely town which exceeded our expectations.

The breakfast was ok , continental style , but quite basic for the price. No hot option so e.g. no toaster or egg boiling machine. A mini fridge in the room (especially in a heatwave) would have been nice but this is a suggestion rather than a criticism.

We were greeted cordially by Caroline who we learned is now the fifth generation of her family to own and operate this hotel. That says a lot by itself! Great, quiet location. Secure parking. Ten minute easy walk down the shopping streets to the main square with the cathedral, Toulouse-Lautrec museum, etc. Nice quiet garden to enjoy coffee, breakfast or and afternoon tea or libation. The air conditioning was wonderful and quiet. Did not hear a sound all evening even though our room was near the elevator and on the street side of the hotel which is located on a very quiet street to begin with. . Overall, an excellent stay. The hotel is ideally located in a quiet street, easily accessible by car and with its own (payable) car park to the rear. Our room had a view of the lovely garden. The hotel is family-owned and has been in the same family for generations. Caroline was extremely helpful with providing information about things to see in Albi. The pedestrianised old centre of Albi is a couple of minutes away.

We stayed for one night in this lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful with a warm welcome. The room, though not huge was charmingly decorated in Art Deco style, and very comfortable, with crisp cotton bedding and a really comfortable bed. The hotel itself is situated in a quiet street, behind a busy square, and though it was only a stones throw from lots of restaurants in the heart of the city, it was very calm and quiet. Delightful, would stay again any time we go to Albi.

Being British we like tea and coffee facilities in the room but this isn’t common in France. So nothing negative to say!

Booked at the last minute and was so lucky. Caroline, daughter of the owner, could not have been more welcoming, charming or helpful. If you want to visit Albi, this is the place to stay. Excellent location 5 minutes walk to the centre but extremely quiet. The garden was a big plus as we relaxed there after our long drive from Paris. The secure parking was also very important to us when you are in city, Breakfast was wonderful with croissants, very fresh bread, copious amount of coffee etc…just totally perfect. Bedding was excellent and the bedroom even had a fridge. The hotel is tastefully decorated with lovely furniture and beautiful paintings, we loved every minute spent in the gorgeous city of Albi and would love to come back again. Hotel is very conveniently located for sightseeing, restaurants, stores but is on a quiet street. The room was a nice size, very comfortable and impeccably clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful with advice for restaurants. The breakfast was good. We were traveling by car and appreciated the parking on site.

What a great find, wonderful comfortable hotel in a quiet back street away from traffic and noise but still close to the old part of town which is only 5 minutes walk away with very helpful staff and a great breakfast.

I didn't have breakfast; it is too expensive. The absence of any tea/coffee making facilities was unfortunate given the price of the room. Also the bathroom provision was a little spartan.

Fantastic location. Delightful fifth generation owner greeted us and was very helpful. Great coffee and excellent breakfast. Secure parking on site. Air conditioning!

Just that the garden was a little sad.
