ibis budget Dijon Saint Apollinaire

We stayed at this hotel for a one night layover as we traveled between cities. We were a couple with a 9 years old child. The hotel staffs were friendly, the check-in/check-out processes were seamless, the WIFI was free with a consistent, strong signal, we paid 6 Euro per adult person the for buffet breakfast which was surprisingly quite good, the room was sound-proof and quiet (we stayed on the ground floor, with our windows overlooking the parking lot) and the bedsheets, towels were clean. Parking was inside the hotel gated boundary which was not only free but ample of parking spaces as well.

With the price we paid for, I don't really have anything bad to say. We came with our own car so for those who don't, it is to be noted that this hotel is far from the center of the city. Dinner wasn't provided in the hotel so you will have to walk 10 minutes to the three nearest restaurants (La Criée, Courtepaille, Burger King), which was 2 minutes by car. The Holiday Inn hotel was also nearby and from there, these restaurants are 1 minute walking distance. I don't know the distance from the nearest public transport as we didn't use the same.

very easy to get to and to find. rooms very basic but clean and convenient. plenty of parking and breakfast was available but we chose not to eat due to the large queue. staff were friendly and chatty on arrival. cheap as chips, so we were happy.

a bit tired in places in the rooms, could do with a refresh, although largely very clean. beds were a little on the hard side too. literally tv, bed, shower and loo- dont expect tea and coffee!

Very clean and comfortable bed and pillows. The rooms we had are sound proof. Therefore, good quality of sleep. Big shower for these type of ibis budget hotels. Very good value for money. It's's location is convenient for long distance drivers as it is easy to find. Easy check in and check out convenient for tired drivers. Big and safe parking place. Booked twice for this trip. Will book again when driving to the south of France.

The location was very convenient just off the Motorway we were travelling on. Choice of eating places 5 mins away. Staff were excellent t and very helpful. Breakfast excellent.

We asked for a ground floor room and got a third floor one. (To be fair we booked very last minute though! ) price isn’t inclusive and makes it look cheaper than it is. Local tax is added on.

This was a great stop over in between travelling to Italy. The rooms are compact like you would expect for an Ibis Budget but all the facilities are there that you need for a quick stay. The car parking is secure and gated. The breakfast is a typical continental that would find in a European budget hotel. I would stay again if travelling this way !

Nothing really apart from the noise of people checking in late if you have room at the front of the car park. However that was also fine.

Great little budget hotel for over night stay in dijon before continuing our journey (also popped into dijon old town while we were there which is such a pretty little place, vibrant & clean, cute shops too!) Very happy with stay 😊

Only small problem was the shower which leaked out of the shower door, bit of a bad design feature but otherwise lovely & clean!

When you book Ibis you know what you are getting. Very clean property and room. Would recommend. Parking right out the front and back of property. Felt safe. Bed very comfortable. Only thing I would recommend is 4 pillows as they are very small and very soft. Great free Wifi.

I got really spooked when people were opening their rooms nextdoor it felt it was my door

- parking is more than enough - staff very friendly and helpfull - microwave in lobby - breakfast included - location outside city but you are quickly to centre or place to buy food (kfc ans BK are close) with car

- we have family room and there is a bunkbed we hit our head several times against it - typical IBIS room is just enough - shower is also small

It was clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Amenities like restaurants, bakeries, etc. Relatively nearby.

Bit of a drive to the centre but not too bad. Wouldn't recommend walking there.
