Geneva Residence

I stayed with my family and the most thing I liked is the location. Very centrally located for shopping, catching the tramp. Since it is in France, very convenient to visit super market and one could go for walk peacefully.

Front Office attendant has very precise timing and if you arrival late, make sure you have someone who can speak France or call hotel before you arrive. One group of France people helped us as we reached at around 10 pm.

The receptionist who received us was very helpful, polite and organised. Yasmina has excellent customer service and ensured to attend to most of our issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.

It would be nice if the facility could start offering late checkout service. Being rigid on this adversely affects some visitors especially those with night flights.

Location of the Geneva Residence of excellent especially in terms of public transport. The room was ok in its design, cleanliness and comfort.

The free wifi in the room was 'weak' and not very stable. Also, though it is a non smoking area, the neighbors in other rooms were engaging in the vice without any hindrance. The smoke was then permeating into my room.

I often stay at the Residence. For me its location is ideal. Right on the border between GVA and France. Very good transport connection both to Annemasse and to the centre of Geneva and the UN. Convenient not just for tourists but also for commuters from adjacent regions It is a budget accommodation. One should not expect any luxury. There is a kitchenette which is especially convenient for long stays. It is very clean (but of course if one stays longer the cleanliness will depend on the guests - it is an appart-hotel and cleaning is not done every day). It is simple but functional. Unfortunately, WiFi can be poor in some rooms, depending on where your room is relative to the reception. On this trip I had no serious issues with WiFi

Everything was very good and exceeded my expectations, however you should note the following 1. The cleaning is done once a week on Sunday's 2. The receptionist is not available 24/7, so if you arrive at the facility at about 11:00 AM you will not get an access to your room until 16:00 PM, and there's no waiting room. The Location from the hotel was perfect, we could reach Geneva within 10...15min by Tram (Train), the station is located in front of the hotel - this was super convenient. The bedsheets were clean and the beds also comofortable. The rooms are very simple but it had everything what we needed. There is nothing luxury but it was very practical and cheap - cuz we wanted just a place to sleep.

Très bien! The residence has many merits, notably a great location connected to Geneva and Anne masse, the composition of a cozy room, a convenient kitchen, and a clean barhroom. Moreover, the reasonable price and the very kind receptiin desk must be an asset for this accommodation. I will be back here again.

This was literally one step out of Geneva so it is a perfect location and it's beside the tram. The guy on Reception was so nice and very welcoming and friendly - we really appreciated this. The apartment itself was great and had everything you needed.

The apartment was very hot because of the canicule.

The Residence is located in such a place that makes it easy to reach Geneva and at the same time to be reached with public transportation from Geneva airport. Just a couple of changes from train to bus and that's it. Found the room to be big and well equipped. Worthy the money spent

General cleaning ok, only observation the grid of the air extraction of the bathroom was looking in need of a hoovering to remove some dust build-up.

I've stayed at the Residence many times. It is clean, has a kitchen, located right on the Franco-Swiss border, the centre of both Geneva and Annemasse easily reachable by tram or bus. The only persisting issue is poor connectivity. WiFi is intermittent
