Best Western Art Hotel

We liked the location in the city centre, so everything is very easy to reach by a short walk or public transport. The view from the room was great, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, wide choice, local specialities were very tasty. The staff was very nice. The pinball was great. The soundproofing from the outside was very good.

We only had small problems with small things. On Booking for our reservation we saw that you can check in from 16h00. When we got there, the door was closed and there was only reception from 17h00. Late at night you can enter the hotel with a code on the door, but we got the wrong code. Fortunately, someone came and let us in by calling the phone number the hotel gave us. The soundproofing between rooms is poor. We could hear talking and laughter coming through from the neighbour.

The property is clean, the staff is very sympathetic and welcoming, everyone made sure that we spent a good time. The property had a lot of documents and information about the city which helped us a lot since we did not know anything about the city before. The city center isn’t that far, 7 to 10min by foot which is great and the beach is like 15min by foot which gives you the opportunity to walk through the side of the beach before getting to it.

Nothing to be honest, is a must do, for its location its worth the stay.

The property is really well located, close to a lot of restaurants, coffees and pubs. Walking distance from a lot of attractions of the city and only 20 min walking from the train station. The staff is super friendly!

The location is amazing, bang in the middle of town and a 15 min walk to the beach. The room was spacious and clean, complete value for the price.

Everything was great, just wish they had some parking concessions or provisions. And also the breakfast experience was vastly different on Sunday VS Monday, Monday had less options, no timely refills, I suppose due to lower volumes of people eating. But I didn't enjoy the Monday breakfast as much as Sunday!

The hotel is well located, very central. The room was large and calm.

The facilities might need some renewal, specially he common parts. At breakfast home made products shall be served: they were not many

Nice room, lots of space, great selection of tv channels for when the weather wasn't great. No problems.

Very nice and clean room. The staff gave me a level up room for free. The hotel is well placed in the heart of Le Havre. Absolutely recommended!

My room with a big terrasse, developing on the corner of the last floor, was providing a magic overview on all the city!
