My only big negative comment is about rooms located on the street side. Between car traffic, people conversation and tram, it was extremely noisy, even with widows closed which made the room temperature uncomfortably warm. The A / C was inoperative. Had to choose between hot room windows closed or noise windows open !

Good location close to the center ( walking distance), excellent staff - helpful and friendly. Room ok. Dishwasher. The possibility to use washing machine on the premises.

Rather difficult to find even with navigation. Even the locals didn't know where the hotel was. For some reason we were given the room, where bathroom and kitchen were designed for the disabled people. That was strange and a bit uncomfortable, especially in the kitchen, where everything was designed for somebody sitting, rather than standing.

perfect location, right in front of the tram station. walking around the neighborhood (place de europe, comedie square,.. ) you can see direction on the route leading u to the hotel the neighborhood is super quiet and chill but you have all you need there (auchan and a local supermarket just underneath) the reception lady is very friendly and she gave us our room early at 10:30 instead of 3pm the hotel has a large and quiet garden, you can go there and just chill

The location is excellent. Tram stop outside the door and the hotel is centrally located, so walking just about anywhere is easy. Close proximity to supermarkets and shops, as well as all the sightseeing.

I was at first allocated a room with disabled access - which was not requested and not needed! I was given no warning of this and then had to stand my ground for another room. This is unacceptable. I wonder if I would have been given this treatment if I wasn't a single, older female. Note that this was not a last minute booking and was for 6 nights.

The apartment was clean and in a great location, just 10 minutes walk from the city centre. The sofa bed was easy to fold out and put away and was very comfortable. The balcony was large and an ideal spot for breakfast or for chilling after a day of sightseeing. Free tea, coffee and hot chocolate at reception was a lovely addition and the on site carpark was very convenient, reasonably priced and had huge spaces. The kitchen area was tiny, but had everything we needed including toaster and kettle. The aircon worked brilliantly and was quiet enough to leave running through the night. There were plenty of bars restaurants and super markets in close proximity.

Location Staff were nice and helpful in general

An elevator did not work proprely, but instead of fixing it, they let it work, just "warning" you that it might get stuck, and it would take a while to get it fixed, so better not use it? Various machines in the cafeteria (breakfast) were not working and did not seem to be getting fixed (just a sign of "out of service"): i) water dispenser (so no water to drink?); ii) one of the coffee machines; iii) vending machine. Breakfast was just ok...stopped serving fruit after the first day

Location was perfect, right in front of Léon Blum tram station, which was 3 stops away from main train station Gare Saint-Roch. Very walkable to the city centre as well. Room was clean and proper. Bed was comfortable, we were very well rested.

Being next to the tram lines, noise is of course expected. We were fortunate we got room 007, facing the courtyard, farthest away from the tram lines. However, the walls are pretty thin, so it can be abit noisy at night. But nothing too disturbing for us.

The room is clean, spacious, well furnished, the kitchenette well equipped. The air-conditioning is powerful but quiet. The quarter is quiet and easily accessible.

The room smelled strongly of cleaning products upon my arrival, I had to open the windows to get rid of the odour.

The city is very nice. The staff was very friendly. Everything was prepared for us, we just didn't figure out how to unfold the sofa-bed. The breakfast was good.

There doesn't seem to be a way to reach the hotel by car. We had to park in a public parking first, then check-in and then got our car and park it in the hotel's parking.

The hotel is clean. It is a simple hotel with some old equipment+ furnitures but it is definitely value for money. In the kitchen we had some equipment to cook, they were clean too. Complimentary coffee & tea is a very nice touch. The staff is friendly. There is an underground parking. It is walking distance to the center, we didn't even need to pay for the transportation.
