When we checked in we paid in advance for breakfast. We were told breakfast is until 10. When we arrived for breakfast at 9.25 the breakfast room was full of a business event and we were told breakfast was "over". So I paid for it but did not receive it.

Zero tolerance. They refused to change my booking to shorten the stay by one night even I contacted them more than once a week before. They stood to the nonrefundable terms. Rooms still using keys and not cards. Small with no fridge or tea pot

The hotel was located as close to the Expo center as possible, which made walking easey.
The ability to eat at the restaurant was ridiculous. They do advertise an app to make reservations, but in a small hotel it ddn't seem like that was truly necessary. However it proved to be the only way to eat dinner. That however is totally unclear in the messaging.
