A La Cour d'Alsace

The location was superb right in the middle of this lovely town.yet so quite The car parking was superb very large car park and plenty of secure parking.The hotel was beautiful, lovely room bathroom facilities, beautiful linen, towels and everything lovely and clean.comfortable beds The breakfasts were great and set you up for the day. The cour d Alsace was an exceptionally well run hotel , totally customer focused and all staff genuinely wanted the guests to have a good experience.I highly rate it and we will most certainly be staying again.

there was nothing we did not like it was all excellent.

Very good hotel overall, the rooms are spacious and all equipped. We appreciated the 2 bottles of complementary water every day. The hotel is very quiet and perfectly located in the center of Obernai. The staff were very helpful and nice. The parking is quite spacious and for free. The swimming pool has a fair size, very clean and nicely warm. Easy access with long opening hours. The sauna and Hammam as well were great.

We could say that the decoration is a little bit outdated but very clean. The only negative point would be about the food. The breakfast is slightly overpriced for the quality/quantity. Also the hotel has 2 restaurants, the gastronomic one is great but the other one should be closer to a Brasserie than the gastronomic one to offer a larger choice when staying few days at the hotel. Finally the bar was good but there is no one full time there and we have to call the reception every time we wanted to order a drink (also there were no cocktail…).

friendly staff, situated in a beautiful village (Obernai), room was full of character but at the same time modern, very comfy bed and bathroom with jacuzzi bath and beautifully heated, tasty breakfast choices (including vegan yogurt and vegan milk for me), free parking, close to Strasbourg for a day trip

the hotel’s restaurant is apparently so popular you have to make a reservation weeks in advance, which,unfortunately,we did not do so we were unable to dine there.

the location is very nice, in the center of obernai with many wineries and restaurants, bakeries around. the spa is also good, after a cycling day, it was what we needed. the restaurant is French style, nice, but not outstanding.

I tried to organize a cake for my partner, because it was his birthday. at the end we managed to get the cake, but there was a lot of back and forth, I had to call several times, one time it was possible, other times not. the communication and coordination could have been better.

A very quick stay with one overnight so the facilities were not explored, unfortunately. Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Free parking is a plus. The hotel is lovely and interesting in its set-up. The garden was relaxing and inviting within a high stone wall with tall trees and various seating areas. Good coffee. The location is fantastic in Obernai.

Excellent location, in the middle of town but extremely quiet. Parking direct at the hotel. Spacious room & bathroom, excellent beds.

The hotel had everything you could ask for, have some critisism concerning the restaurant though; booked the gourmet restaurant. a) when having a lot of choice from both the kitchen (both a la carte as menu) as the wine-list, it makes no sense /is annoying to try to be modern and offer a QR-code for your smartphone to scroll through dishes and wines... b) I never understood that, in the country of fine dining, very often the kitchen want to serve you a full meal within a record time, where you have the full evening to enjoy. Also here, even after asking to wait between courses and getting the nod from the waiter, the food came extremey fast.......

Nice spa, room and hotel generally pretty good and quietly located. Good value However, unlikely to stay again as food in restaurant was poor and much inferior to the past.

Poor food at the Gail caveau. We have eaten there and the restaurant several times before Covid but the food this time was bland and not well prepared. Would not eat there again and so would not stay again at hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay, everything was excellent. They maybe could have had a bigger spa and a gym area.

All the staff was super nice, except from one receptionist I had on the phone one evening, who appeared to be responsible for the restaurant. He was a little mean to me and hung up on me.

The welcome and service exceptional. the liocation is right in the centre with parking. The restaurant has great food snd wine highly recomended

Everything - spacious well equipped room and bathroom, large fluffy towels, kettle, clean, plenty of onsite parking.

One small thing is providing paper cups instead of a water glass, doesn’t feel up to the standard of everything else although appreciate changes were made during COVID.
