ibis Orléans Nord Saran

Overnight hotel right by the highway and some Tesla superchargers (Ionity superchargers not much further), the rooms are old and small but clean. Staff is friendly and a baby bed we asked for in advance was already in the room. Comfortable bed which is always good.

The hallways didn't smell the freshest, but that might have had something to do with storm and rain that had just passed. Food was a bit overpriced for what it is, but it's decent enough to fill a tired traveller's stomach. Friendly staff in the evening restaurant, during breakfast a bit less, but no matter.

Excellent location for a stopover, just off the motorway and in a quiet suburban area of Orleans. Plentiful parking, friendly staff on reception, room comfortable, and good evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant. The Ibis hotel breakfast is something I always look forward to in France, so much choice, it's a shame it's not physically possible to eat everything as it all looks so good!

Nice hotel with lots to offer for a short stop with Family. Staff was very nice, efficient and proactively supporting. Facility are fit for purpose, with lots of games for kids. Restaurant is pleasant, with a small menu but flexible to accommodate for special diet. And food was very nice and home made.

Would Be even better if going through a small renovation / repainting. Rooms are too small to accommodate an extra bed. This is however compensated by the staff making all efforts to ensure family are in rooms next to each other ( thank you !!!) so this is not negative.

Friendly staff, excellent location for motorway, bonus that there was a restaurant on site, good breakfast. Have stayed at other hotels in Orleans when driving down through France before and this has definitely been the best. Will be staying here again next time.

great pitstop location just off motorway, on our road trip. genuinely dog friendly. dogs allowed in restaurant. great green space behind hotel for a dog sniff/wander or to throw a ball about.

restaurant dinner option very limited and basic. Functional, but I’m no chef and could have done better. breakfast buffet great though.

This Ibis hotel is well located and really good value for money. The restaurant at the hotel is exceptional with really good food and varied food and drinks options. Staff is competent and friendly. I am happy to recommend this Ibis hotel to anyone.

The hotel is basic, but clean and comfortable - nothing I did not like.

Close to the highway with a parking lot. Perfect for a transfer on more days. Ibis environment is always minimal but very good looking

Air conditioning didn't work properly. I understood that this summer the temperature is exceptional for the region but the AC has to be settable

the room,bed, and cleanliness were great. The breakfast was excellent choice. We also really enjoyed the live music!

the restaurant had very limited choice and what i chose wasn't particularly nice. It was described as Roast Chicken etc.But what came was nothing like Roast chicken.

Hotel was near the highway but just far enough to not hear ANY traffic. Room was quiet and bed was very comfortable. Great stay. They also have 8 Tesla chargers, and 1 regular electric car charger - I don't know the capacity/speed of that one (we didn't know and we had already plugged in our Renault Zoe on the nearby caravan parking, there was a Freshmile 22kW charger).

common problem in hotel in France - English language is poor and often creates communication issue!
