Comfortable and with good facilities, staff were helpful and friendly. On site parking was secure, bed comfortable (not too hard, not too soft), and the room size was more than enough for us. The hotel is a little on the older side, and some of the decor reflects this, but this did not make our stay any the worse. Will stay here again next time we are passing through.

Bathtub / shower unit could be a touch difficult for the elderly or movement restricted to get in and out of.

A very good, clean hotel with helpful and polite staff. Breakfast was good, the room spacious and the parking secure. The parking was an open air one but the door was locked after 10 pm so you needed a code to enter or go out which was good. The room had a small kitchen which was equipped with the necessary items. The area around the hotel had many restaurants and fast foods which was very convenient.

Breakfast could be a bit better with more variety.

No oven but a small dishwasher and 2 ring hob, fridge, etc. Nice shower and plenty of restaurants nearby if you didn't want to eat in the room. We found an excellent Middle Eastern restaurant near the cinema complex 3 mins drive away

Nothing, fantastic stay

The room was clean and comfortable ad well maintained. There were plenty of restaurants nearby which we took advantage of to eat an evening meal and breakfast the following morning.

Breakfast looked uninspiring, so we went out to a local restaurant instead. The view out of the bedroom window was of an industrial estate. So we didn't bother trying to explore Orleans aside from eating out during our one night stay.

This was exactly what we needed. A lovely comfortable bed and we had a great night's sleep after a long drive. The guy that greeted us at Reception was excellent, very impressed. There is a kitchen if you need it which is a great touch. Perfect place to spend an overnight as it is so close to the motorway. Breakfast is average. Staff are lovely. Parking is great! Thank you

The hotel was ideal for an overnight stay on our road trip. The hotel accepts pets and charged a very reasonable supplement. The studios are simple but have everything we needed. The hotel has a parking lot that is locked in the evening and was also convenient.

The sofa (it's a sofa bed) had some sort of problem. It was sloped forward and uncomfortable to sit on for a longer time. But this was a small problem.

The small premium to stay in a room with all the facilities you will ever need is well worth it when compared to other 'First Class' hotels in the area. Parking on site is secure. Late check in is possible (they have limited hours) but call ahead or send a message and they will take care of everything, very professional. The owner clearly cares about his patrons and will help any way possible.

Very clean, air conditioned apartment with plenty of space compared to a budget hotel. Equipment for self catering meals supplied. Very good breakfast. Lots of free parking. Staff were very helpful with advice on travelling around Orleans.

Quite a long way from Orleans city but buses are under €2 for a journey.

room, breakfast, bed, cleanliness, staff were all top class. I have stayed here many times over the past few years on my return journey. The car parking is good and safe.

When I first stayed, the room was great value for money. This is not the case now. I feel that it is becoming to expensive. That is my only dislike.

This hotel caters towards professionals staying for a longer period in a hotel -- hence the kitchenette, laundry facilities, fitness room, etc. Close to the motorway. Safe parking. Because of the free upgrade towards a junior suite it was good value for money.

Its location is not particularly attractive -- rather industrial/commercial. But that is okay, when you are just en route for one night.
