Villa Kerasy Hotel Spa

Great friendly service from the staff who went out of their way to accommodate us. We were upgraded to their special apartment without asking so we had lots of space.

It is a little bit away from the centre which means a little bit of a walk but otherwise there was nothing I can criticise.

We really liked the breakfast. The staff was fabulous - helpful and welcoming. A special call out to Stephanie and Marie. Sitting area and the patio and koi were very nice. As a suggestion for improvement, the pillows need to be upgraded. They were very hard and odd sizes. We enjoyed our stay and Cannes is a lovely town- well worth visiting.

The hotel is very nicely decorated. We were welcomed very friendly and had a hotel parking space. The room was very nice and pleasantly cool with the hot outside temperatures. We were unfortunately only there one night, but slept fantastically. We had no breakfast as we left at 4 o'clock in the morning. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Location was great with a car, not directly in town and easy to get on to other roads for day trips (vs having a lot of traffic). Walking into old town was an easy 15 minutes. Even though my room was directly across from the train station, it was extremely quiet. The room and bed was very comfortable and roomy. I loved the decoration and inspiration of the hotel as well. The breakfast was fabulous (don't miss the jus de pomp - delicious!) and the staff all were very kind and has great recommendations.

Beautifully decorated hotel and rooms with exceptionally welcoming and helpful staff. Stephanie made great restaurant suggestions based on our dietary restrictions. The large tub was a surprise and bonus. delicious breakfast with lots of options.

Nothing - it was an easy and safe 10 min walk to the old town.

Parking could be a problem as space limited and to have to park in a 'pay' area on the streets not really convenient for a hotel like this. We did not have a problem so very happy.

it is very central but very calm. the private parking was free and closed after 10.30 at night. the room was spacious and fully equipped. Dorte at reception is just the most helpful person you could wish for in a hotel. she booked restaurants for us and generally made our stay extremely pleasant.

So nice in spite of proximity to station. Very friendly helpful staff, all women. Lovely Asian style decor. Decent breakfast.

Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Very much liked our own Japanese patio garden. Pleasant and helpful staff. Great location very convenient for station as we were travelling about.

Slightly disappointing croissants and pastries.

The excellence of the staff, especially the lovely woman manager, whose gracious help made this stay so pleasant.

The lighting in the bedroom was somewhat dim and our bathroom light needs attention. The bulb continually flickers.
