I would give check in and check out a 9.Expecting to be arriving after 23hrs.I called the reception , they did not refer us to the check in machine in the Lobby, instead checked us in , had sent the room number and pin code for the door per sms. Similarly great was the check out , fast and efficient instead of the usual paying the bill at the reception , the receptionist kindly asked me if it be OK to charge my card. No hustle with late check out.Noon is the last check out time, however 15 min later was not an issue.

The vending machine in the lobby offers some snacks.But it would be nicer if on offer were also some simple packed supermarket like sandwiches . Parking spaces are available and free fior the guests.But there is to few of them We were lucky to find a space, ( last one) at the free of charge public parking .In the sane parking area all the B&B parking spaceman on taken.And one is not allowed to park in none B&B marked spaces.

hotel is very modern, breakfast is fine, staff is friendly, wifi works, beds are good, parking is free. bathroom is good, towels are soft.

walking to the centre is somewhat far, but it beats having to park somewhere expensive. Id say it is a 30 min walk, you can walk by the river for a part. busy road nearby, we were not on the roadside, so it was quiet. they dont do checkout, which takes away the personal touch of staying in a hotel. it becomes machine like, with codes for you room and such. very efficient but human element is missing.

Super modern and minimalistic. Very cozy beds. Great that they don't hand out individual shower gel / shampoo bottles, but rather have mounted dispensers! Parking is for free. You don't have to check out, but can just leave.

Quite far out of town – it's a 35 min walk to the old town. Would be cool if they'd rent/lend bikes, so it's easier to get around town. There was only half a role of toilet paper for three people. Would have been nice to have a spare one. The floor is covered with carpets – I'm not a fan of carpets. You can only cast content to the TV if you have a Samsung phone. Was missing a bench or low shelf to place your luggage on.

Good for one night. Efficient room. Early check-in was possible.

The parking places available were far too few. I had to park on the street. Wrong to say free parking. False marketing. The ashtray should be moved farther away from the house. Now the smoke gets inside the house.

The staff where very friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel are very clean and well kept. Asked if they could print are boarding passes off they said no problem. 15 min walk back to the station.

No kettle in room for a drink,but you can get one from the lobby we're they have vending machines

Comfortable bed, got the room with bunk bed that we wanted. Breakfast was good, we were able to book only for those who wanted breakfast on whichever day we wanted.

I disliked how difficult it was to get parking for our car.

Hotel, Parking, Room was all great. For our family of four the family room was spacy enough and nicely designed. Staff was very helpful. The location is a bit of center, but still close enough for us.

Breakfast could have been organized a bit better, but otherwise it was OK.

Facility was clean

Parking spots were not enough always, few times had to park outside or at nearby locations

We arrived in Bamberg quite late at night because our train was delayed. When we called the hotel the staff was very nice and told us not to worry. After being awake since 4am we were more than happy when we entered our room and saw two clean comfy beds.

The room was clean. Good breakfast. Furniture and plumbing are new.

Quite far from the center (about half an hour on foot). The room is very cramped, there is not even a wardrobe. It was quite cold in the room.
