ibis Berlin Kurfuerstendamm

The breakfast is very good. Honestly, it exceeded my expectations, as the prices for single rooms are quite cheaper than in most city center hotels. Especially loved big coffee cups! :) The nearest subway is only a minute walk away. More than that, if you walk 10 mins from hotel, there is a huge shopping street with bunch of restaurants and coffee shops! You won't regret it.

Good bed quality, clean room, tasty breakfasts. Very close to subway (2 minutes walk). Soundproofed rooms.

Unfortunatelly, even soundproofed rooms will not protect you from terribly snoring neighbor.. You still might hear strange noise, if you are sound sensitive. I had booked hotel by photos and was expecting the good table for my work (I needed to spend 3 days working in my room). But in the reality there was a horrible small round table and it was really hard for body to work with laptop using it. I would ask hotel personal to update photos of rooms and tables, just for people's, who also are going to work from room. Except that strange table fact hotel is nice

Very friendly and helpful staff - one of our toilets developed a nonstop flush. We were swiftly moved to an alternative room without any fuss. Location was excellent, very near the U-bahn station and plenty of shops and eating establishments. Despite it clearly being a busy hotel, it was also very peaceful. We all enjoyed undisturbed sleep.

I don't mind a hanging rail in lieu of a wardrobe, but I would have preferred drawers or a cupboard for storing our smaller items of clothing. Rather than have my underwear stacked and on display I had to leave it in the suitcase

Very good. Rooms were exactly as you would expect from ibis - compact, comfortable and clean. Great location - city transportaion hub nearby. Staff was helpful and professional. Check in was fast and the receptionist went through all the steps patiently. I didn't have breakfast, but all the products there looked tasty and the area well kept.

Booked 2 rooms. Unfortunately, one room had a slight smell of urine, which shoud have never been overlooked (oversmelled?) by the cleaning staff. I believe this was a random exception and I would come stay here again. Also, in the digital age of today it is a little boring to fill out registration forms with a pen - when all the data is already on the ID that had to be provided.

The room was very clean and tidy with nice view to the Wittenbergplatz and KaDeWe, the bed was comfortable. Although there was a note, there are some construction works in the hotel, it was very quite. The location was perfect- very close to the station of the U-Bahn, a bakery, restaurants, shops and in a walking distance to the Zoologisher garten station. We did not used the breakfast, however the food corner in the hotel was very well organized, offering a variety of breakfast options. The staff in the hotel was very helpful and friendly.

Stayed at the Ibis for 3 nights. Really liked the location of the hotel, especially considering the expensive and incomprehensible transport of Berlin. It is close to the bus and the subway. There is a supermarket across from the hotel, which was very helpful. The room was great, the bed was huge and the design was minimalist.

The only thing we didn't like about the hotel was that there was no kettle in our room. I didn't expect a microwave or stove, but we had to go down to the lobby for hot water. It was also inconvenient to have breakfast at the hotel, the table in the room was too small to fit only two plates

The hotel was great and I am very satisfied with my stay. The whole place is pleasant and colourful. Room was clean and spacious. WI-FI worked well in the room. Bathroom was clean, very modern and equipped with hair-dryer, towels and soaps. The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the Wittenbergplatz with buses and subway and the whole neighbourhood is full of restaurants, bars and shops. There is also big supermarket right opposite. Breakfast was very tasty with good choice of products. The reception was friendly and helpful. There is luggage room where you can comfortably leave luggage in case of late deprature.

The view to the parking lot and a small construction site isn´t maybe the most perfect if you hope for some spectacular views - but afterall it was the only disadvantage I can think of.

This Ibis hotel is just exactly what is needed to explore the city centre of Berlin. It's so close to the commercial heart of the city and some interesting museums. Great location and connections with the rest of the city. Brilliant idea with the fridge with all the 'essentials' at the reception. Friendly and helpfull staff. Really handy with available parking space.

Some small things - additional towel (just two for two people) in the bathroom would be handy, free botle of water in the heatwave.

Location is great for West Berlin. Classic city hotel with everything you need and nice staff. Good value for money too. Also there is a busy metro station just outside which is very convenient, also next to the biggest shopping department store in whole of Europe!

If you are more interested in exploring north or east Berlin the location may not be the best, however the metro outside is very handy. Room storage is not too great, however perfect for a short stay.

Check-in and check-out were super quick. We only stayed there to sleep, so it didn't matter that the room was very small. The bed was big enough for two average sized people to sleep in (about 1,40m by 2m)

Everything was clean except some small stains on the wall behind the cable of the hairdryer. A card in the bathroom said that they would only wash our towels if we put them on the floor to save water, but we got new towels regardless every day
