Atlantic Grand Hotel Bremen

The bed was very comfortable—very firm. The entire hotel is modern and high-tech. The location is excellent and the on-site restaurant is very nice.

The room was very hot given the blankets provided. We opened windows but I still woke up sweating every night. The staff wasn’t always knowledgeable, this might have been due to language, I cannot say. For example, I asked if there was a place to get something quick for breakfast instead of the hotel restaurant breakfast buffet. The front desk told me to ask the restaurant, instead I used Google and walked to a nearby cafe that turned out to be part of the hotel. The cafe wasn’t connected to the hotel lobby and the hotel staff didn’t tell me it existed—odd. There was no bellhop to help with bags, no one greeted us when we arrived. I wish the TVs were smart TVs so you could at least stream content in English. Only CNN was in English and shows didn’t have subtitles.

Very clean and this is the most important thing to me when I am travelling. Staff is very nice. I love the shampoo and other stuff. I was so tired and I hang the ‘do not disturb ‘ sign and they actually checked me on if I am ok. That was nice! I travel a lot because my job requires a lots of travelling and I personally travel a lot. That means I stay more than half of the year at hotels. Atlantic Grand Bremen is one of the nicest ones . Btw I wish they could tell me the shampoo brand! God I washed my hair twice and they were shining like I applied diamond dust. Thank you all

Comfortable rooms, great location, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent choices for breakfast. Good that parking is possible under the hotel and no problems finding a space every day.

Shame about the smoking room inside the hotel lobby. Ruins the atmosphere in the bar and reception area and often permeates all the way up in the lifts. Milk for the coffee machine was not replenished daily. WiFi wasn't always reliably giving an internet connection. Was shocked that 6th floor window opened completely fully - seems dangerous to me!

The location was perfect, right at the heart of Bremen. The breakfast was very delicious and the restaurant in the hotel was lovely with nice and cozy atmosphere and the food was very tasty.

No daily room cleaning and if you want to have your room cleaned you have to make a special request at the front desk which we found not appropriate.

The location is perfect, in the city center, only a few minutes walk from the historic market square and schnoor district. The room was big, clean, with comfy bed and pillows. There was also a nice desk to work. I give a plus for an electric kettle. The bathroom was nice with enough space. I liked all the toilettories, but especially the shampoo. The breakfast was very varied and tasty. I also recommend to eat a dinner in the restaurant "alto".

Sofa bed could use a topper. But other then that great size for extra bed. No conditioner only shampoo and our coffee machine only gave out hot water. Tried many times.

Excellent location, clean and quiet room, service is of higher quality, great breakfast buffet, pet friendly. This property could offer head supports for sleeping instead of the eternal super soft pillows. Nice Shower and toletteries, recommended

They charge 25€/night for allowing the dog in, and then they have the nerve to ask if you would like the room to be cleaned every day, which amounts to asking for money for no reason. 23€ for the parking and again as much for breakfast. It offers good services but you pay for it

A translucent bathroom door with a 5 cm diameter hole is not a good idea when you travel with a family.

Location is awesome, right in the middle of the altstadt. Especially for Christmas market this is a great location.

I found the beds bit too hard, the pillows a bit to soft and internet too slow.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the square and pedestrian street. The front desk reception is very warm, the room is spacious and comfortable, there is nothing wrong with it. We will stay again next time.
