Best Western Hotel zur Post

Nice Staff, they helped to me with the rest of things (parking, my daughter wanted a bathtub and the staff people offered to me the best they could do, tips...). I am very happy with this Hotel, I would repeat it again if I decide to come back to Bremen. Thanks Jacob for everything, you are a right people :)

Negative point: we have to pay up to 20€ just for parking, I think it is a bit expensive. There are a lot of parking space outside. It should be cheaper. Wellness Center was very basic and the Jacuzzi did not work even when we were in the hotel 3 days, none fixed it.

I chose a hotel that had a spa area specifically. This one has a gym, swimming pool, multiple saunas and a hot tub (which was unfortunately out of order while I stayed there). I arrived before check-in and it was no problem to wait in the wellness area before the room was ready. Normally it costs a small fee but they granted me entry for free. I'm not sure why but I appreciate it nonetheless. Another thing that I liked was that the room I stayed in (on the very top floor) had a bathtub.

Unfortunately, since I stayed at the very top floor and also in the very last room in that hall, the wifi was not working at all. I had one bar sometimes, sometimes none. That wasn't a big stressor for me though because I had enough mobile data on my phone and only stayed there for one night.

The hotel was better than I expected. My room was huge and very comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast and swimming in the pool. Very convenient location next to the main train station. Friendly and helpful staff.

The first bottle of water placed in the room was free, the second was not - I did not notice the small sign on the 2nd bottle of water before I drank it.

Good for my work-related travel! Center location, I can walk everywhere and find everything easily. Fitness is easy accessable. Guess-Tablet is a plus !

Wifi ran sometimes slow, enough for entertainment can't catch up for the work. It's very close to center train station, with positive and negative environment. It's still busy at night, but I am aware of this.

Excellent breakfast with plenty of hot and cold options. Facility to check-in in advance if you prefer, also to check out online, but you can work check-in and out normally which I prefer. The deluxe double room is really spacious with a separate area with large table and couple of seats. Super fast WiFi, very easy to connect. Opposite station which is handy, but only a few minutes walk from city centre. I will definitely be staying here again.

I had asked for garage space but told full. Very annoying as I booked a long time ago. One staff member very surly and unhelpful. However the other was fine, she was very helpful. Maybe I caught him on a bad day.

The location is great. You walk max 1 min tot he central station of Bremen and can walk around the city within minutes. Great places to eat and hang out. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms were excellent and clean all the time. The hotel has a spa area, which is great. Best thing was the breakfast!! So amazing and a variety of delicious food.

Sadly the whirlpool wasn’t working when we got there, we paid less because of this, but I think it would have been better if we had the chance to use it. We also visited the bar near the lobby, which had awful cocktails. Maybe it was too busy that day (New Years Eve) but wouldn’t recommend the cocktails there

Nice hotel—across from train station and easy transit. Also close to all sights/historic district, restaurants, river activities. Room was nicely appointed and very comfortable. Excellent spa with two pools, sauna/steam, exercise equipment. Very good breakfast.

Front desk staff could be more welcoming and concerned with our stay—no “thank you” when we checked out.

Nice hotel, very well located close to the central station and 5-10min walking from the historical center of Bremen. Large and quiet rooms, tastful and generous breakfast and the swimming pool and Spa definitively a plus! Very nice for families with children. We enjoyed a lot the experience.
