Aparthotel Adagio Frankfurt City Messe

Right outside the hotel is a tram station that takes you right to the city area and major attractions. Their units had kitchenette that are very functional so in our case we can buy fresh fruits or fresh eggs and prepare breakfast in the hotel. I love that they have unlimited access to water dispenser for both still and sparkling water… and also unlimited access to tea and coffee right at reception, you can do your laundy and all necessities!

I stayed for 6 nights so our room was not cleaned up because you can only qualify when you stay 7 nights and over. However I hope they can give a little flexibility on this

The room was a good size, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The furniture and kitchen gadgets were nice. Great location, easy access to the transportation system. The fact that kitchen towel, dishwasher and the likes were provided was greatly appreciated

The cleaning was not quite ok... we found dust under the beds and the tv and small table, which ended up în the room as we were walking near the furniture. As cleaning is not provided, it would be great if there were a couple of extra trash bags available so that we could empty it occasionally so there would be no bad smell in the room. Especially with a small child still in diapers, this was unpleasant.

We had a great stay at the Adagio Frankfurt. The rooms/apartments are well appointed and large and the location is fantastic with different transportation available whether taxis which line up in front of the hotel at all hours or the RMV/Tram which also has a station right outside the hotel. The hotel is perfectly situated in a high end, safe and quiet neighbourhood too! Easily the best part of our stay was the staff and specifically Nwiyah at the front desk who single handedly made sure it was a very enjoyable stay. Every day he would provide us suggestions on where to go and he made great suggestions on visiting Rudesheim and Heidelberg which we thoroughly enjoyed. By the end of the stay I gained a new friend.

One thing the hotel can improve upon is the air conditioning which is fairly weak but again Nwiyah came to the rescue. Thank you Nwiyah for all your help!

High quality business hotel comfort for an affordable price of apartment with kitchen amenities. Grest location near the. Westend, Messe and shopping. Easy walk to the main train station. Nice skyline view over city. Real reception desk without the need to find keys etc. Nice staff and good directions.

Air circulation was insufficient. Cannot open any windows to let fresh air in and the control unit does not respond. Once the. key card is removed when leaving, the HVAC system stops working.

The location of the hotel is just across the train (16/17) and a few minutes walk away from Festhall/Messe. Kitchen utensils, plates, mugs, glasses are provided. Coffee beans were provided for the coffee machine. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. Staff were gracious and efficient. There were board games available int the 4th floor near the reception. Breakfast provided was European breakfast and the staff were efficient.

The Aparthotel's personel were extremely kind and friendly. We had a very late check-in, yet we were met with a smile and very helpful, including lending us salt and pepper for our own breakfast. Room was beyond adequate, with many kitchen amenities. Only thing æacking might've been better bathroom amenities, however it is also oriented towards mid-term stays.

Only thing holding it back was the hotel gym and minor things with the room. The hotel gym has no bench for weightlifting, which means you can't do a lot of free weight exercises, despite them having a lot of weights. An extra chair for our type of room and some kind of nightstand/charging area by the bed would've also been very convenient.

The location is excellent, stayed for the 4th time in past 3 years. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean.

The only thing is that even basics like sugar, salt and oil are not provided in the pantry/kitchen. I feel like atleast that should be provided.

The aparthotel is positioned close to the station which is ideal. The property was clean and relatively spacious - bigger than expected. Staff made up the room for us before check in, so didn’t have to worry about changing the sofa bed into a bed. Breakfast was also good.

Nothing I didn’t like about the property. Only thing to note was that the room was not available when I arrived for check in, but the hotel treated us to complimentary drinks to make up for it which was lovely.

A hotel of the highest standard, the rooms are impressively arranged and equipped, as well as the bathroom. The location of the hotel is excellent, a tram stop in front of the hotel and several tram stops away from the main train station and a short walk to the metro station. The reception staff is kind and nice. There is a small gym. The breakfast is rich and good (additional payment was required).

There was hair on the blanket.

Location was good for where I needed to be. It was great having a full size fridge and to also be able cook and not go out all the time. The bed was pretty comfortable and lots of storage to hang clothes if required. Staff were always friendly and there to help if needed.

The room was a bit dusty, especially the floor under the bed when you lifted it up to be a couch. Not many English speaking channels on the TV.
