Far away from everything

My flight from Munich was cancelled and I stayed at the hotel when waiting for my new flight. This was obviously not the best start for a great hotel stay but the expectations were met if not exceeded. The staff (there was only one person in the reception, I believe his name was Daniel) was exceptional! He had a long queue of people but helped everyone with great attitude and smile - same when checking out early next morning. This person managed to turn the annoying situation a bit better probably not even only me but other people left stranded in Munich as well. Definitely someone who is great at their job :)

I was very happy with the hotel. What I didn't like was mostly the situation why I ended up in the hotel so I believe nothing could have been done better from the hotel's end

The hotel is located right next to the final station of U6 metro line, which provides direct access to the city center within 30 mins or so. The building is modern and the rooms clean, although quite small. There is parking available in the underground (payable) or otherwise some options to catch a free spot in the surrounding area.

A bit disappointing that the underground parking is not free to hotel guests, even though there are hundreds of empty spots there. The rooms are not big - tricky to move around or even open suitcases especially if you have a baby/child with you. There was a new receptionist when we arrived and it seemed like they don't received any prior training, as she had to wait and consult with her senior colleague about any question we had, which was a bit funny.

Comfort, cleanliness, bed and pillows, TV, armchair, ironing board and iron, the size of the room, the staff at the reception. Honestly, everything was comfortable and smooth, we had a great time !

Details really : it was hard to turn the shower button to the exact right position to totally stop the water ; one misunderstanding with the cleaning staff who understood our "noooo" on a saturday 10am as a wish that our room would not be cleaned (and we had no "please clean the room" sign to put on the door when we left later) ; a weird encounter with the cleaning staff on the last day, when they knocked at the door at 8:40...

Great new hotel with a perfect location if traveling to Munich or passing buy. metro station just opposite the entrance that takes you direct to the center. It was easy to find a free parking spot in the close area. The hotel is located near big student campus that is very quite in weekends and very well connected with the city center, Bayern Arena and other places. I staid with my family for 2 nights and we got 2 connected rooms so it was even more convenient for us. I also liked the mini market downstairs where every guest can get ice, glasses and some snacks, soft drinks and beer on reasonable prices 24/7. For sure will stay there some other time when will be around! Did not use breakfast service/ not a big breakfast fan and 15 eur is a bit pricy however coffee& cruasan can be found just close to the metro entrance.

All was good nothing to complain! If to imagine then maybe NETFLIX access would be great :) And I hope the hotel will bring back tea& coffee set in the rooms when Covid restrictions will be gone.

The room is comfortably furnished and quiet. Bathroom with shower is perfect. Car parking is available for free. Bar offers good drinks. people at the reception are very friendly and cooperative.

There was no facilities to make or get cafe or tea not in the room nor at the reception. Drinks at the bar are served only after 16:00h. Since there are no other possibilities nearby to get cafe or tea it is a severe restriction. In the morning we were waked up by cleaning people at 8:00h. This is somewhat strange. The hotel is located in a not so nice environment.

The staff was SO helpful and also very friendly and patient with my lack of German skills. i loved the tea kettle and the fridge in the room, and the shower head was delightful! I was by myself for a few days before my husband joined me, and I felt very safe in this location, and enjoyed lovely walks in the wooded area near the campus. Breakfast had a good array of choices. The hotel was a welcome respite in a time when I truly needed it. 🥰

It's clean and quiet

They Charge Me 150€ More with Out my Permeation when i Ask them they Said it’s For Security and within my stay i saw people compline for Same reasons. Also they Charge me 15€ for me Fast internet.. Until now i didn’t receive my Security Money back .. I don’t recommend this Hotel for Such reasons.

The hotel is brand new and is meticulously crafted to top standards. Since we spent time here during a weekend we got a very low daily rate. Personnel is very hospital as is mostly the case in Bavaria. The restaurant was closed over the weekend. The U-bahn to Münich is just around the corner. I assume the hotel is mostly populated by people coming the Technical University Münich (TUM) in which campus it is located.

Not much, really. This is a top standard, modern hotel.

The breakfast was good but a little bit hard to navigate, as there was almost to many options :) But its really good Light and large parking garage, easy to find a spot, but a little pricy.

Location is fine, but when arriving by car its a little difficult to find, and there is a lack of eating out possibilities in the areas
