Soulmade

We loved everything about that hotel - from the parking, through the bio shampoos to the automatic lights that guided our way at night. Extremely cosy, sweet, comfortable and well-located hotel. The staff were the most friendly people we met in Germany. All our questions answered, all our requests met. We were so impressed the week before that we booked another night on our return trip. And it probably won't be our last stay there!

Everything. One of the best places I have visited. Clean, comfortable, high class, just amazing.

Almost nothing, just check in and check out could be improved. I didn't receive reservation code when doing reservation via booking, so I could use quick check in option. There is no quick check out option as well. But this is just nothing compared to high quality of everything that is provided.

Exceeded all expectations we had.. worm welcome, easy and fast check-in, absolutely beautiful rooms that has everything we needed.. The lobby area is well designed and decorated were you can set to drink coffee or read a book. Don’t miss looking around the area, you’ll find beautiful small shops and some cafes.

Nothing

To be frank, due to an airline strike and changes to our flight we had not been able to stay the planned night in this hotel, but just an afternoon. Lots of thanks to the receptionist that was able to give us a room early in the day. The area is very nice and clean, 15 minute drive to the airport. Facilities are stylish and quality. The whole vibe is very hipster.

Apart from the fact that we hadn't been able to stay for the night.....None!

The concept of the Soulmade is really interesting and serves a good purpose. The rooms are very spacious and you'll find everything you need. The service personal is also very kind and responsive. Overall I can recommend it.

The bed was not as comfy for me but everybody is different I guess. I think it's still a bit pricy - given the fact it's 40min away from Munich center, but still - was def. worth it

More than 8 times i stayed in this property. So that it's enough for my expectations. I hope they should make exceptional quotation for continuous customers to encourage us to stay more and more

the carpets in the room are slowly starting to deform, some stains that have permeated the carpets have become impossible to remove.

Big size with seperate living and bed room. Kitchen was good enough for two people. At the ground floor, small shop sales some meal kits, ice cream and others. We tried noodle and bolonese, and it was wonderful!

Almost nothing!

The rooms were amazing. It was so comfortable and decoration was great. The free stuff in the rooms such as notebooks, pencils, etc etc were so cute. Hotel staff were so friendly and they were helping us a lot for everything.

The location was quite far from city but that was what i was looking for. So i can not complain for it. There should be more lockers for the luggages. Actually hotel staff helped us for our luggages to keep somewhere safe but i preffer lockers intead.

Very large rooms, with everything needed to cook breakfast or small dinners. Quiet and clean. Staff was very nice and tried to help with everything we needed. Bring an HDMI cable to connect to the TV! :)

the pictures do not necessarily match the room - for example there are multiple style rooms labeled as double room but they don't look the same. A little less than 10 min walk from the train station.

The room was great. Very comfortable, well laid out and well equipped. Breakfast was very good, it was handy to have a well equipped kitchen.

Not much TBH. The one thing would be having a cable to connect a laptop to the TV.
