Best Western Hotel Helmstedt am Lappwald

Convenient location close to motorway and yet very quiet. Ample parking on site. Dogs allowed and get a bowl and treat. Spacious, light rooms and modern clean bathroom with good lighting.

20 Euros for the dog is too much! I would prefer a kettle in the room instead of the coffee maker. I missed a safe, and a small fridge. Would be great with a makeup mirror. Bring an extension lead if you want to use a hair styler in front of a mirror.

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The facilities are nice, rooms are clean with comfortable beds. Bathroom was well equipped with everything necessary to keep personal hygiene. Breakfast was reach of different food and snacks. The very big advantage of this hotel is small private parking. Location is really perfect for all travellers on the East - West EU direction.

It is exactly what you expect from Best Wetern hotels. More over it is very well located close to highway and thus excellent for 1 day rest during long trip. Breafast is very good. Staff helpful.

I had a problem with wifi connection, however, with help of staff it was finally solved.

Realy friendly people, clean and big rooms. Very good breakfeast. We specialy booked this hotel because we travel with dog. Most of hotels accept only small dogs but in this place you can stay with huge dog . When we arived everything was ready for our 4feet friend snacks and water) . Hotel is not so far from centrum and 1minute from highway (quiet). Very nice place to stay.

It’s close to A2 autobahn.You can charge your car the same time.Last time I had a last room on 2 floor and loved it.

Once I was double charged.I had the reservation but couldn’t find reservation no. on my phone(I changed the phone) so the reception sold me another room.In fact I had that reservation but I already checked out

Location was the most covenient for my purposes and despite closrness to the motorway and services it wasn't noisy. Complimentary softdrink provided at the checkin was very appreciated, parking very convenient

No tea making facilities in the room, only coffee-pods machine.

Very nice hotel, doggie friendly. We found dog bowl and treats in the room, which is a lovely touch. Breakfast was great. Shower was fantastic. Nice area to walk the dog and very close to motorway. It was very quiet, which was important for us, traveling with a baby.

Nothing to complain about. Clean and quiet hotel with good car park. It was a stop for myself after a long driving day so I had no expectations other than piece and quiet.

Internet could be a bit faster (I tried to use Face app on my phone and it was showing poor connection). What was not clear (and still is not, I need to find out) was that the price tag from booking.com was not including breakfast? I did not book it myself on booking.com so I am not sure yet.

It was very comfortable and clean, allowing for a good night’s rest. The room was nice, the staff gentle and overall the experience was fine.

The breakfast was a bit expensive considering the quality of the food offered.

We liked everything, good location, quiet, excellent breakfast and good service in the restaurant, everything is clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. I recommend everyone not to pass by this hotel.
