Nice room with plenty of space and the double bed was big and very comfortable. Very close to Lübeck old town and walking to everything was easy. Despite being in a room facing the road there was hardly any noice from traffic and we heard nothing from adjoining rooms - very quiet. The breakfast buffet was good and the staff very friendly and accomodating. Recommended - would book again if price is right next time we go to Lübeck.

It's possible to get a pot of coffee but the first morning we stayed the person in charge was not very organized and we had to wait quite a while for our coffee and ended up opting for the coffee machine where there was a waiting line all morning.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff found oat milk & free from bread for my wife. The staff were very helpful The location, though several km from Lubeck old town was ok We were advised of an excellent fish restaurant, only 400 m away

The room could have done with ventilation There was no fridge in the room More storage space for cloths would have been appreciated The hot water in the shower took a long time to come through Unfortunately due to staffing issues there was no bar

The location is great and the facilities are clean and nice. It's a short walk to the downtown, which makes getting to the hotel easy. The staff was wonderful and gave us good directions and dining options. The rooms were very comfortable and clean.

The parking is limited and was full the whole day we were there. We were able to park on the street, but that is time limited since it's in the bus lane.

Beautiful room, well lit with a big bath tub. It was great to be able to take a long warm bath after walking all day in the cold (went for holidays during the winter). The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. Breakfast was beautifully displayed and flavorful. The view during breakfast was stunning. It was close to the XMAS market which it was the reason why we came here. A wonderful experience all of it!

Good service from the reception on arrival Thanks to the nice Guy on work the date we arrived (24/11/2021) We had a fine stay. however, it is an extremely cool Hotel in the common areas, especially at this time of year (November 2021) Coming down to an ice cold dining room / resturant for morning food is not nice, and it is a wonder that one chooses to turn off the heat at night, as such a large room can not be heated in 1 hour A pleasant and well-informed arrival thanks to the extremely polite receptionist (24-11-2021 at 14.30) He was good at informing and giving good advice and information Morning food was ok. however, not very extra ordinary. but smooth and straightforward but it still amazes me that hotels inc this, make boiled eggs for breakfast, they are sad and boring, however, make soft-boiled eggs for the guests somvi have it when they are at the table, it takes max 6 min ??

The morning reception lady see seems to now nothing and didn't seem interested in helping people, like many people she don't listen

The hospitality was really amazing, I was with 2 of my bikers friends, normally bikers would rise some eybraws but not here at Kaiserhof. Breakfast was excelent.

Private parking was a bit of a problem, not for us to be honest, we where on motorbikes, and with some help of the hotelmanager we could park our bikes outside. But for cars you need to be early.

Room perfect, - Staff Perfect, - Location Perfect A good place to stay when visisting Lübeck

A bit surprised when 3 Guys insisted to wash the Windows inside our room in the morning before we even had our clothes on! , - and there should be posissible to have service in the bar to enjoy the wonderful backyard! The pandemic is over and No excuse

We arrived late from Gothenburg, Sweden and realised that we made a mistake with the reservation date. The front desk was amazingly helpful and found a solution for us to stay. We are very grateful and thankful, especially that it was late night and we were very tired. Thank you very much.

The breakfast was excellent, the coffee and orange juice were out of this world. Mark and Sebastian were terrific employees that went out of their way to assist, and they spoke perfect English. My wife and I will absolutely return to this fabulous location. It’s also close to the city and several great restaurants.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and the hotel was within a short walking distance to the city center. The hotel itself was nice en clean, staying true to the style throughout the entire place.

The mattresses weren’t very supportive and the curtains didn’t block out sunlight meaning our little girl woke up exceptionally early.
