The staff was very friendly and helpful, giving a nice overview of the building and the city too. also, the building is old and cute. The location is excellent, close to the train station and the city center.
A few minor things come with an old building, like the windows. The rest is personal preferences, such as the bed being soft for my liking and the lights being uncomfortable.

The room ambience fits with the town. Great view of the bell tower Very close to Am Sande Quiet The kitchen was a bit plus, even though it's outside and shared, but it feels private enough
The toilet and heating have major issues, and we ended up waiting for that to be fixed for an hour. The tv is very old. The blankets were on the thin side and linen were very new. There are dustballs under the bed considering that's extra we're paying.

- The mattresses were pretty bad. Seem very basic and by now pretty old. Overall not at all comfy - Place is set up pretty basic and probably didn’t see a renovation within a long time. Overall not very inviting and cosy
