B&B Hotel München City-Ost

Air con was great. Clean room. Whilst you need to get a bus (or walk) to the U/S Bahn station, the hotel is in a lovely neighbourhood with plenty of shops and resultants which we really liked. Supermarket underneath was handy. Parking was good.

Confusion over breakfast prices. More expensive than quoted on paperwork (including the advert for breakfast in the hotel room). We were told at reception that our 11 year old would have to pay the adult price. Luckily there are plenty of local cafes that are cheaper and provided nice breakfasts.

B&B hotels are great places to stay, this one is no exception. Clean and tidy room with everything we needed. About a 15-20min walk from Trudering station which takes you into the town center on either the subway or train lines. Supermarket next door is handy to grab anything you need.

Nothing bad about this place, obvioulsy would be better if it were closer to train lines but the 15-20min walk through town is nice way to start/finish you day.

great breakfast for 8,5€ p.p. not the largest room, but well planned out, so still ok. friendly staff. very good price, even during Oktoberfest period (~62€/night) free (huge) underground garage with access 24/24

not very central location, needed a bus and then S- or U-Bahn to get to Marienplatz, however waiting times are not longer than 10 mins. smell of smoking in the bathroom, but for sure the fault of other guests. need to pay attention to close properly the door of the shower cabin, otherwise you can easily flood the whole bathroom.

The price - value relation is absolutely top. A general standard which you will find within this chain throughout Europe. B&B has this consistant quality of cleanliness and equipment, to make a stay always comfortable. The uncomplicated procedure starting with an "easy - check-in" is totally up-to-date. And there are more things like WiFi, breakfast, snacks... The staff of this particular B&B went even "the extra-mile" by following a phonecall request of my family to come to my room, checking on me if everything was okay, while my mobile went off-duty.

This is a new building, everything is new and clean. There is a supermarket in the same building. Plenty of parking space either outside or underground. Bus stop is very close, train station is in 3-4 bus stops, not difficult to get to the city center. Breakfast was fine, not very versatile, but still OK.

Overall, bright and nice. Vey clean property. Although a little far from center, good connectivity with bus stop right outside.

We got locked outside at night and did not have code access to the door. When calling emergency they did not pick up. Somebody came down for a smoke thankfully & opened the door from inside. The hotel must leave the code with guests and make them aware of this situation.

The parking in the garage is very easy and free! Extremely good in the hot summer months. A grocery store is just next door. Also, the bus station is conveniently close. One should not forget McDonald's nearby, which offers an alternative for dining, especially breakfasts.

There is not much to complain. I was missing fried eggs, plain yogurt, and muesli in the breakfast buffet.

We like the location. Almost in front of the hotel is a bus stop, next to a supermarket, in the corner a McDonald's… etc

In our room, the toilet smelled very bad since we arrived. But fortunately, they could move us to another room.

We used the hotel for a one night stay at an affordable price. The room was modernly decorated, it was clean and simple, the beds very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty with a choice, large spacious dining room. Parking was part of the hotel underground.

Nice room, sound proof windows, plentiful breakfast, good staff, free parking, good location. :)

In the bathroom the washbasin and the shower was'nt wipe off correctly, and there was a smudge on the carpet next to the bed, and the pillow was really soft.
