fab Hotel

Great comfortable hotel, very clean, absolutely fantastic breakfast, staff are all very nice and helpful The only thing that wasn't ideal is because the name of the hotel has Munich in it , one would expect that the hotel is in Munich. However, I wasn't thrilled with the 30-40 minute commute into the city centre , but I will take the blame of that and should do my research a bit better, but the connections into the city are either Bus Ubahn or Sbahn all within walking distance.so overall not that bad

Perfect hotel in a nice district of Munich. Next to the stream, an ice cream parlor with delicious Affogato coffee, shops and a restaurant. The hotel staff is friendly, helpful, considerate, with a fantastic attitude towards children. Hotel and room with a balcony comfortable, very clean, nice dining room with a nice garden. The room is optimally furnished, with a balcony overlooking the garden and trees, a safe in the room, very nice towels in the bathroom and very nice smelling cosmetics. The breakfasts are modest, but tasty, very good coffee and bread. Easy accommodation, lots of amenities. We recommend and will definitely come back.

Friendly helpful staff. Impeccable cleanliness. Breakfast exceptional. Excellent transport links - bus outside door to Ostbahnhof. Good bars and restaurants nearby (two beergardens). Nice big park withing five minutes walk.

No complaints. The hotel even has umbrellas available for guests.

Good breakfast, well presented, everything very clean. I understand that hotels in these days tend to offer their rooms with the choice: breakfast "yes/no" so that the "best room rate" looks better and they get a higher position when the search results are sorted ascending by room rate. In hindsight I'm glad I decided to book my room WITH breakfast. (If you desperately want to save some money, ok, book without breakfast, a bakery is just around the corner. But to me the extra money to have breakfast in this nice hotel hotel was well spent.)

My typical "complaint": I'm travelling for business and usually have to work in the evening. The "desk" was only about twice my desktop's size. Though the positive surprise: there were two(!) wall sockets right at the desk, no problem to plug in my laptop AND the mobile phone charger at the same time. And even two more wall sockets left and right of the large bed, and another one in the bathroom. (And the ceiling light could be switched off from the bed.) Well done by the electrician who planned the room interior ... if only the one responsible for the remaining interior design of the room had had in mind people like me, who have to do office work after hours. (But I'm used to have very limited desk space, it isn't a problem specific to this particular hotel, it's common place … sadly.)

The room is comfortable, modern fairly new, and provides all necessities except one (see below) The receptionist (Christof or Christian, if I am not mistaken) was extremely helpful and friendly. The desk is a good size, and the safe large enough for a large laptop.

I worked in the room, and what I missed was the option to make coffee. The location was good for me, because I needed to be in the area, but generally speaking it is very far from the center.

Everything was great! The staff is friendly and they conveniently organized night-time check-in. The rooms are newly-renovated and clean. It was quiet all the time (no noise from the other rooms or the street). There's a charming patio where you can have breakfast. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre but there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel and the public transport is excellent.

There was no air conditioning, no fridge or electro kettle in the room (but that wasn't a big deal for me).

The staff is just great. A month before arrival, I asked for two amenities, they said they would try to have them. When we arrived, everything was ready for a wonderful stay. A very nice cozy hotel in a very nice place in Munich.

The location is very nice and quiet, good breakfast, the hotel was very clean. Bus stop in front of the hotel and S-bahn station at 10 minutes walking distance.

The hotel looks very clean, the equipment looks modern and new. The hotel staff was very friendly. Value for money is excellent. We highly recommend this hotel !

This is a very nice hotel, extremely clean and tidy! Staff was helpful, and it really is a good value for money!

I didn't like the toilet door. You can hear everything.
