Clean facility

Room was bit small. With one suitcase and additional bed for child, there is hardly any space for movement. Nearest metro and tram stops are not so near, especially if you carry heavy travel bag.

The staff were kind and spoke enough English to help us with whatever we needed. We arrived at around 9PM and were exhausted and freezing, and they greeted us with some warm tea (which was delicious) and smiles. While the room itself was a little on the smaller size, for the price, quality and location I don't see it as an issue. The attached resteraunt P.korn was INCREDIBLE and I would highly recommend going there for dinner at least once. There are also several cafés and bakeries within walking distance, as well as a supermarket and subway station.

Most of our issues came from cultural differences and us not speaking German, so I don't think it was an issue with this hotel specifically.

The hotel was great value for the price. - Location - close to U-bahn station /5 mins walk/ which was great for us as we easily could get to any point of the city. The neighbourhood was calm, with nice places to eat around. - Parking - EUR 15 per day, we requested a parking spot at the hotel and there was such available, which was a lot appreciated. - Heads up for reconstructions just across the street - we were informed in advance for the reconstruction activities, so those were expected but they didn't make our stay uncomfortable at all. It was not noisy or dusty. - Cleanliness - the room was cleaned daily

Completely satisfied from the hotel /we didn't use all facilities though, neither had breakfast at the hotel/.

The staff was very nice. The property was pretty and mostly clean. It was a nice neighborhood with plenty of good restaurants.

As warned in the prescription there was a construction l side right in front of the house. Because of the construction side there was a AC in the room. (Since you probably wanna close the windows because of the noise). But the AC cable was way to short. And because the bed is so high, the AC basically just reached the floor parts of the room. We were feeling pretty hot most of the time. The bathroom / shower was very tiny. The shower door always banged either into the toilette or the sink.

We loved the fact that there was a big construction site in front of the hotel - kept the little hum busy for hours :) The windows are well insulated, so once you closed them the noise was not an issue at all. Small rooms but had everything you need for a city stay. Breakfast was great! Very friendly staff.

The sauna area requires some maintenance. The showers had a strong smell and although the decoration of the area is really nice, it feels a little like you landed in a basement (which you actually did). The mini-Sauna is cute.

I appreciate that bringing 2 kids with 2 adults was possible at this hotel, and a high chair was readily available for use at breakfast. I saw a level 2 car charger in the hotel lot if you're early enough to claim it. 24 hour hotel bar for after the kids finally go to sleep. 👌🏻

Traveling in August I'm really wishing these hotels had AC anywhere in Germany but at least they put a fan in the room. Unfortunately for me I also arrived after all of the hotel's parking was full, so I had to use metered street parking. It was not that inconvenient in the end.

I tried to reserve a parking place several hours before the check-in, but I was told that you can't reserve parking in advance. But when I came to the hotel I was told that all parking places were already reserved by other guests by phone. Though there was at least one available hotel's parking place I had to search for parking somewhere else. I wish there would be more transparent parking policy at the hotel

Everything was clean and tidy. Hotel has nice rooms. We went to sauna which is really small but good. If you are going to sauna change in the room because there is no lockerooms so we changed in toilet Everything else is really good. I think it is fair offer for that price. Hotel is near subway so you can be in the city center really fast. Great thing is that near hotel we found a lot of good restaurants in walking distance.

Heating in the bathroom wasn't working but they said they will fix it. They have quite small parking lot but we found a place to park. There is just one elevator and it is really small for that big hotel, it can bearly fit 3 people.

I liked the location, not amidst city centre chaos but also not far away. The staff was very nice and accommodating to our wishes. The room itself was superb, though the weather sadly left us not using the balcony.

There isn't much that I didn't like. The breakfast is the only thing that might be improved slightly, it was perhaps not absolutely superb but it was still very good. The beds were maybe a little hard, but we got lucky with a few extra beds in our room so with a little rearranging of mattresses it was very comfortable.

- the price is good but it is not really a 4 stars hotel - there are nice restaurants around especially a Vietnamese one but that is it. it is a a very quiet area. - at 10 minutes walk, there is a tramway that brings you to the center in 20 minutes - there is a carpark in the hotel that costs 15 euro/ day but you can park on thé street for 6 euro (every day you have to put coins) - the staff is helpful

- the hotel info booklet is only in German - there is no tv Channel in English - be careful because they make building construction in front of the hotel. The hotel told us before (it is not hotel fault) but either ask a room on thé other site o cancel thé reservation for thé noise !!!
